i would use 500mgs of test a week. 250 is to low and if thats what your friends use then thats probably why there little pencil necks

he is a wierd person. he's trying to say that italiens only shoot 250mgs a week. maybe his friends but im certain that every italian isnt like that. he makes it seem like italians are the only people that know how to stack a cycle but he's from italy and had the worst cycle i ever saw in his first post and he's here asking us for help. well bro im american from italy and my first cycle was 500mgs of sustanon a week. since your so hard headed and obviously dont want anyones advice but your own im done wasting my time with you

Yeah, he's quite arrogant, but I affirm that not all italians are dickhead like this. There are still few people in Italy that know how the things have to be done...I'm not on 250mg a week, not at all...

but apparantly italians grow twice as much with half the dose as everyone else so...
