That's the way I like it man.
If you wanna be huge, come in AR.
But for a first cycle we reccomend Test Cypionate or Enanthate , less frequent injections and way less pain.
500mg/week of test is good, but not sus IMO...shot Test E/C twice a week and keep nolva at hand. You'll need it during cycle only in case of gyno.
Keep also Nolva+Prov. for the PCT. Have you got something else for it? Like HCG or Clomid?

Are you gonna bulk? If so, a 40-20-40 or 50-20-30 macros diet should be better.
