    experienced bodybuilders, what u think?

    Ok guys I just need to know the best way of stacking my cutting cycle. I’ll be using AAS for 12 to 14 weeks and want to get as cut as possible for the summer with minor muscle loss. I’m 22 y/o, weight 185 lbs, BF around 13%. Just want some advice from the more experienced guys. Last but not least, what would be a good PCT for this cycle? Every info is more than welcome. Thank you all.

    These are my AAS.

    -Test Cypionate
    -Winstrol
    -Masteron
    -Trenbolone
    -Clenbuterol
    -Cytomel

    We only critique cycles for others...we (at least most of us) don't create them. Do some research; put one together; and we'll have a look at it.

    By the way you do know that your diet is central to cutting (bulking too for that matter), not your gear right? Also, this fact becomes exponentially truer as bf declines.

    Diet diet diet. For cuttin you need to focus on that, not the gear. Magic said it best. So lets see what your cutting diet will be.

    You can cut with any gear, whether you bulk or cut will be diet dependant.

    well my body type is endomorph so that doesn't leave to much space for carbs, so my plan is to start with 150g of carbs and work my way from there, protein will come from:
    eggs, Protein powders, chiken, fish, steaks and turkey. ill be eating 1.5g of protein per body weight, probably 6 to 8 meals a day with low glycemic carbs in the morning and pre workout. every other meal will include fibrous carbs except for my post workout wich will include 40 to 50g of simple carbohidrates.

    cypionate , week 1-10
    tren , week 1-12
    clen ,cytomel , week 1-6
    winstrol , week 3-7
    masteron , week 6-12

    What is your cycle experience?

    What are your stats?

    This cycle needs some work, first off youll want to run the test LONGER then the tren, not the way you have it. Plus you can drop the t3 and keep the clen for PCT. Id drop the winny and keep the masteron to be honest. Too many compounds, more is not always better.

    What are your doses and do you have a PCT?

    well i have the option of buying either hcg or clomid , can you suggest wich one is better for this cycle?

    Nothing gets past some of you guys. 4'5" I literally got on the floor with this one. Dude I would have loved to be 185 at 22yo and 13%BF I was more like 135lbs. A string bean. Just diet and diet some more. But if you are gonna use gear use clen , albuterol, t3 or something like that. I have heard of people wanting to use anavar or winny to cut. You can, but you better just be doing cardio because that would still pack on some lean mass. You are better off just getting lean the natural way. imo

    when i say im endomorph is because i just gain weight to fuc*&^# fast man its ridiculous and i feel that im sensitive with carbs you know, but im not fat its just that i have to really suppress carbs to loose weight.

    i don't think that would qualify you as endomorph. i obviously don't know you and don't want to guess but i am thinking your carb intake is all wrong.

    go to 100% whole oats with nothing added.
    stone ground whole weat bread.
    small amounts of whole grain pasta
    brown natural rice
    sweet potato with no sugar or marshmellow
    only eat fruit in small amounts with another source of macronutrients (this will cause the fructose to digest slowly.)

    and only greens for carbs past late afternoon.

    cut out all sugar and make sure your foods have no maltrodextrin in them

    google glycemic index foods and eat on the low side.

    carbs are your friend. just pick the right one.

    i would run either masteron or winny but not both dht's together. as for the clen, 2 weeks on/2 off throughout the entire cycle will work. test, masteron and tren will really help you get hard for summer but without cardio and proper diet its a waste. you need to eat a clean diet that is high in protein and low in fat if you want to cut and harden up.

    talking about the cycle, is this a better way to stackit.

    cypionate week 1-10
    tren week 1-8
    clen /T3 week 1-6
    masteron week 6-12
