    Getting Rediculous -- EQ Only Cycle -- Dont laugh just look

    Yo whats up? Havent been on here in a while but here i am with another problem... So i was looking @ my stats (bf, wt, muscle mass) and realized that i havent put on ANY muscle WHATSOEVER in the past 6 months!!!!
    I have done 3 cycles so far 1)tren + winny (****ed it up - was only 18yrs) 2)test cyp. with proviron (decent - good results) and 3)SD cycle (minimal results - got sick) Ive also f*cked with stupid "prohormones" like Viraloid and 17HD and also novedex xt all in the distant past b4 my first cycle...

    So i have heard that after doin cycles of steroids that it is alot harder for the body 2 gain muscle without them. THIS HAS TO BE TRUE!!
    I have been eating alot/healthy and takin in at least 200-265 grams of protein/day for the last several months and am getting no results.. I recently found out that I have high bp (need 2 get that checked again bc i was sick then) so idk if that has anything 2 do with it but I will be getting bloodwork done in about a week or so for all the important sh*t (liver/kidney values, cholesterol, cbc, ect..) I have been taking in about 30g of whey before i lift and 60g of whey (wheybolic or ON gold standard) IMMEDIATELY after lifting and i just started taking edcysterone (600mg/day) last week, i also use a multi, and take glutamine but NO RESULTS!!! Idk if i have an insulin problem or what, like idk if i need to take in more carbs after lifting bc my body puts on fat too easy when i do that...

    I AM BECOMING VERY DISCOURAGED AND HAVE ALMOST WANTED TO GIVE UP ENTIRELY @ TIMES!!!!!! SO PLEASE HELP ME!!!

    ANYWAYS SO THE REASON FOR MY POST IS THIS: I will be doing an EQ only cycle 10wks @400mg/wk (after bloodwork checks out ok) and i need to know what I can take to keep my libido up and going bc i refuse to do test again until im ready for every hair on my head to be GONE. Im doing this cycle bc I am getting ABSOLUTELY NO RESULTS NATURALLY

    Also, if there are any special supplements or any other "tricks" to muscle building that i dont know about then let me know! I have been lifting/researching like a mad man for the past 4years or so and have switched things up/experimented with just about every product and every program available to mankind. I NEED ALOT OF HELP IN MANY DIFFERENT ASPECTS SO SORRY FOR ALL THE QUESTIONS BUT:
    1) WHATS WRONG WITH ME
    2) WHAT SHOULD I TAKE WITH EQ TO KEEP MY LIBIDO UP
    3) ARE THERE ANY OTHER SUPPS./TRICKS I SHOULD TRY OUT

    What are your stats

    and post up your exact diet. I would bet thats the problem

    LOL. Sorry man its not really that funny but it is a little amusing. This is just a fact of life that you have to get used to. Why do you think steroids are so addictive buddy? Heh, its because chemically you are never going to be able grow beyond what you were able to do with juice.

    Its called a natural plateau.

    Which is why you should never start doing juice until you've realized that you are to the point where you just cant get any more gains.

    Its why some people are 6'6" and some people are 5'8". Theres nothing wrong with you its just simple genetics, biology, and chemistry. Thats just the way it works buddy, you could eat 400 grams of protein and 5,000 calories a day for the rest of your life and all youre going to is get fatter. Your body needs testosterone to sustain its muscle or else the muscle will become catabolic. Youre probably at your limit, simple as that.

    And I doubt 10 weeks of eq is going to do anything but make you hungry as hell and lean you out.

    I was looking around on eX** muscle directory, and somewhere they said that apparently only 20% of people are capable of getting "big" muscles. Of course, I am assuming they meant without aas, but damn. Just 20%

    You say you experimented with every supplement and different training routines, but what about your diet? What do you eat in a day?
    And #3, 400mg of eq x 10 weeks...bawhahaha

    just making sure your stats page is updated, it says 6' 180 lbs and 16-17% ? thats horrible for 3 cycles bro, I say you can still make gains if you work on your diet bro, check out the diet forum I doubt you are at your genetic peak... damn I'm starting to sound like the old farts on this site lol

    Im 21yrs old and 6' 190lbs. now with around 17%bf
    Typical day:
    BREAKFAST - 60g Whey + about 20g from eggs and some carbs (potatoes, bagels, ect..)
    LUNCH - subway, chipotle, quiznos, or quedoba (guessin 35-50g of protein with 60-100carbs)
    PREWO - 30g whey
    POSTWO - 60g whey
    DINNER - same as lunch or go out 2 eat(grilled chicken + salad and beans) or pizza (frozen or chicken mariachii not overeaten) or lean pockets anywhere from 30-60g protein
    Also another protein shake here or there inbetween somewhere

    OBVIOUSLY its not the best diet but it could be ALOT worse and with all that bein said/stated im still taking in way more than 200g of protein/day, a lot of times its around 300

    so how much EQ should i take? 600mg for 14wks is ideal right? but i only have (2)10ml vials of 200mg/ml and idk if i can get more.. definitely not goin through previous source! ALSO, NOBODY SAID ANYTHING ABOUT HOW TO KEEP LIBIDO UP WITHOUT USING TEST!!!

    please give me some good advice rather than trashing me and saying that my diet is sh*t and i dont know anything, im really trying here and i DO know a lot!

    Agreed, you shouldn't be on steroids till you learn how to eat and possibly learn to workout appropriately. 3 cycles and your only 190, thats kinda crazy at 6'0". There is lots of information on this forum. Take the time to read, search and learn what is on here. Gl!

    I think these guys are going to chew you up and spit you out here

    FYI, I don't think you should rely on whey so much for your protein intake. Also, stop eating out, at the very least, you will get a shitload of sodium from that food. Besides, it's not a lot of protein anyway. Cook at home during weekends. I cook 12 breasts of chicken every weekend. That plus boiled eggs plus sliced turkey lasts me all week. Watch milos sarcev's videos on this website in the nutrition section. And got loads of sleep. I'm still implementing all this and trying to grow naturally.

    LOl EQ for 10 weeks with no Test.


    Part B. Your diet sucks you need more calories to get big.

    Part C. I bet you didnt even do PCT and you arent using Test as a base in your cycles.

    3 points of failure and thats why your not getting bigger.

    yea my first and third cycles really dont count but the steroids were in my body nonetheless so thats y i mention them.. and i do take in carbs in the morning.. and my diet does suck but i still get a decent amount of protein..hmm lets c here.. and if i put my calories anywhere above 3500 i start getting fat.. the bf is actually about 15 now but thats still not good... CAN A HUMAN TELL ME WHAT I SHOULD TAKE OTHER THAN TEST TO KEEP MY SEX DRIVE UP DURING CYCLE??

    Yes, your diet does suck. Getting a decent amount of protien? It's all shakes. BTW pre workout and post workout shake don't count as meals. It's probably all whey protien too. Getting fat when you up you're calories, see statement "my diet sucks."

    I concur, your diet sucks..... Like a few said, add some more simple carbs to your diet throughout the day, such as oats, greens, yams... Also you need more solid proteins rather than meal replacements. Your body absorbs and uses animal proteins the best. Eat a shit load of eggs and chicken during the week and add some fish which is high in ***** 3's. Your body needs some good fatty acids. Also add nuts to your diet, like almonds and peanuts, which are really good sources of protein. Try this diet out. 40 gram protein shake upon awakening. Bowl of oats w/ honey and 4 egg whites and a banana for breakfast. Cup of almonds for snak. Lunch: 2 chicken breast, cup of greens, cup of brown rice. Use olive oil when cooking chicken, great fatty acids. Pre-workout: 20 gram protein shake w/ 60 grams carbomax, a pure carb tasteless supplement. Post workout 40 gram protein shake and 60 gram carbomax. Dinner: 2 8oz tuna fillets in olive oil, salad w/ olive oil and basalmic vinegar. Before bed 40 gram protein shake w/ 1 tablespoon natural peanut butter.

    Well I'll say I dont think youre at your natural plateau at 6' 190 lbs. Im 6' and with creatine and no2 i was able to get to like 212.

    But everyone is different. And guys will tell you that your diet sucks and that you need to be boiling eggs eating 20 pieces of chicken but i understand that not everyone has that kind of time. And I dont think subway is terrible so long as ur using wheat and a lot of meat.

    And far as sex drive! Since know one else answered, lol. Every profile that I've read on it says that its only mildly androgenic , so i dont think it causes total hpta shutdown. You can run an AI along with it which will help to keep your hpta producing but I honestly dont know how much it will help.

    I just dont know, but without taking test, theres really no other options. Tribulus, herbal crap, AI, thats all I can think of.

    I am only 5'7 212lbs..., and i have been eating over 5000cal a day for the last 12wks and i didnt get fat......In fact, i gained a lot of muscle and lost about 4% bf in the process......IT ALL COMES DOWN TO DIET!!!!!!!

    Way to many shakes, shakes are NOT going to get you big! They are great if your in an extreme catabolic state such as during lifting or when u havent eaten. Other then that ditch them and start eating whole food! I see WAY too much fat in your diet vs cabs and protein content. You are no where near your genetic liimit and steroids are NOT the answer. AAS are not magic beans, i say it all the time yet nobody listens. You cannot grow muscle out of nothing, and your diet is nothing. Visit the diet section and read on how to bulk.

    Get rid of the shakes and start eating real food, not pizza, salad, and junk. Your putting on fat becuase your fat intake is too high compared to the rest of your diet, start reading cus you'll need it!

    yes your problem is your diet....the reason I know is because I was at the same place as you,Italked to these guys checked out the diet section and did more research.....i took the advice from the guys here and changed my diet 3 weeks ago and I can already tell i am gaining already!
    so listen to them about the diet....my diet has become the single most dificult part of my workout routine!!!!!...BY FAR!!!!!!

    listen to gear and lay off the protien shakes except for post workout or bedtime when you wont be eating for 8 hours.....gear is one that helped me!!!!

    i just noticed that you said thx for laughing at me nhl1. Man I wasnt laughing at YOU i just found it a little amusing the way you worded the title of your post.

    Sorry about that, I often forget that people don't pick up on my sarcasm on internet forums.

    I apologize.

    Back to the topic I usually have like 1 cheat meal a day, like yesteday I ate a whole large philly cheessteak pizza and an entire order of cheezy bread from dominos to myself. That was probably about 1500 calories and 100 gms of fatty crap. And Im sure I got no nutrional value out of that, eating out is going to be garbage 90% of the time. Proper diet is without question the most difficult aspect of bodybuilding.

    also, i would probably say that you drink a fair amount of beer - i know I did at 21.

    oh and since you don't eat any carbs, don't expect to put on much weight either.

    I love how when someone asks a question everyone treats them like morons. Yeah, I wil give in that the diet is horrible and body fat is too high. and you want to bulk??? that really doesn't make sense. BUT you don't know, and don't have the experience, thats why you are here.

    What i would suggest doing is a cycle to cut first. I think you will like the end result more. Then once you get your body fat down at LEAST to 12 percent, then try a lean bulking cycle, (ie eq and test, or just test 500 week).

    Also, eq alone isn't a good choice. and i like eq! Its just not going to give you what you want. you may see how small gains in strength after two tothree months. take a test base instead if you are going to do AAS. my suggestion is to wait. drop some weight, get leaner, change your diet. and re evaluate six to nine months from now.

    didnt feel like reading al the stuff above this except i did notice everyone getting on to you about your diet... this is reasonable i read your diet and laughed, once you have it in check it really will make an amzing difference

    Also I am unsure why you selected eq at such a low dose for such a short period fo time? It takes forever to kick in and at only 400 mgs/week you cannot expect the kind of gains which you are looking for without having a perfect diet

    nobody ever said anything about bulking... and i only suggested that eq time/dosage bc thats all that i have right now. also, im not going 2 ever be taking test @ or around 500mg again until im ready 2 have no hair.. thats y im trying to go with something like deca or eq with maybe A LITTLE bit of test like around 2-300mg (if i absolutely have to)

    STILL NOBODY HAS ADDRESSED THE FACT THAT I HAVENT MADE A SINGLE GAIN IN 6 MONTHS WITH EATING 2-300G OF PROTEIN/DAY... SH*TTY DIET OR NOT I STILL SHOULD HAVE PROGRESSED WITH SOMETHING SO ANY COMMENTS ON THAT (ITS BC OF THE PREVIOUS CYCLES CORRECT? OR R PEOPLE IN DENIAL ABOUT THE ABILITY 2 BUILD MUSCLE NATURALLY AFTER CYCLING)?????

    ALSO, WHAT WOULD I BE ABLE 2 TAKE WITH AN EQ OR DECA CYCLE TO KEEP MY LIBIDO UP?????????????????????????????
