i would not frontload DNP unless you know how you are going to react to it. imo its just too dangerous to take 1g of this stuff for your first week.

It builds up in your system. DNP is sonmething that you WILL feel. If your not feeling it yet enjoy your time of not sweating, it won't last.

i started feelin it at the 3rd day 400mg first 2 days i took 200mg each day.. but 10 days is rather short dude..ur gona stop when is doing the job

if its only 1 day i dont see why stop the dnp .. im not promoting it but i myself party on the weekends even on DNP and i've felt nothing but just sweating alot from sweating out the alcohal

sounds like you might of got had there brother. DNP doesn't mess around you should have felt something by now. I would definately look at getting some more from a different lab.

My friend just told me this, can anyone advise because its got me a little scared:
He said that its not until day 5 that you feel the effect of the pill.
So today i am feeling the effect of the 1 pill on monday, on sunday ill be feeling the effects of the 2 pills on wednesday, and monday the 3 i took yesterday.
Is this true???
I know it has a half life of 36 hours, but i figured you feel an extent of the DNP within 24 hours or so?
Am i gonna be ok considering right now [10:50am] i am not sweating or anything.. last night i was perspiring a lot on forehead etc though

based on how i lost in that amount of time with that diet and 500mgs ed i would say around 4lbs give or take 1.

isopure zerocarb 40g after workout
I worked out Monday and Today
I normally lift 4x a week, but i thought this DNP id take it easy.
Hit shoulders today and could only hit front delts, side delts, rear delts, traps and I was ****ing DONE! burnt out tired etc
Its also 90 degrees outside so that might be contributing to me sweating...
I dont know. But im not like soaking wet, more like.. moist.. if that makes sense. My forehead is the only thing thats REALLY perspiring and dripping every now and then

you should be hotter. I was melting while i was on it. thats is not enough protein. If you stay on DNP your gonna lost muscle. You need to be eating a shitload of meats and chicken and why are you only taking half a isopure shake. Are you only using 1 scoop? Should you be using too?

Ok well the meats will help the protein but you still need to up it. DNP Will attack your muscle if you let it by not eating enough protein. I learned the hard way. You should keep your calories the same and up your protein to around 250gs. I would do it the easy way with shakes both 50gs of protein each.
