Why in God's name does post #13 have a legit source in it, and no one for 4 days has said a thing? You need to take that out of there, man. There's a reason it was starring it out. Read the rules.

staying under 1800 calories is dangerous without taking DNP . The protein is more important than the calories. You'll be fine. Most of those calories is coming straight from the protein so their good calories, if that makes any sense. Don't worry the DNP will find something to burn just don't let your protein that low again. Especially while your on cycle or DNP.

check this out.. from the DNP massive thread on here

The type of diet will also affect how you feel, as well as the type of workouts you are doing. These are variables you also will have to figure out for yourself. The logic of my dieting regimen follows that while you are DNP all the glycogen/glucose is being scavenged to provide ATP for the mitochondria so you will want to eat a regular diet. High fat BO is not going to help you build muscle even though DNP is anti?proteolytic (protein sparing).. Furthermore, when you eat fat it is more likely to go to fat! That is scientifically proven. So if I'm trying to burn fat, why would I want to eat it right back?

DNP is anti-proteolytic which means it uses carbohydrates or fats exclusively to supply energy for the mitochondria and does not facilitate muscle breakdown, however, this does not therefore mean DNP is positive for muscle building. The cells are running on overdrive and they are not going to be looking to make themselves bigger which requires even more energy.

Everyone is different and other supplements you take will affect your results, but as a whole, most people are not going to do well or feel well on high fat and DNP. I also have found that taking particular supplements helps with how will you feel while on the DNP.

i read and thought the same. my cals have been real low.

im down 10lbs in 3 weeks. i thought it would have been more since i havent been eating hardly any carbs and a lot less food.

i figured id only have to stay on for 2 weeks. i started at a fairly low bf.

let me ask a question I am REALLY curious about:

I have a black n decker fan on me right now and when its blasting full blast on me, i dont sweat [much, maybe a bit in the neck].

If i walk out of this shit for 2 minutes i start perspiring my forehead neck upper back upper chest etc.

If im under the fan and not sweating, am i still burning calls, or all the calories burning because of the sweating/overheating????

    Thanks!!

be careful with dnp its a creeper. Almost got hospitalized and probably could have died last year if my roomate was not a former emt. I was on about day 9 at 600 of crystal and I would go for light jogs at night, went for a jog and was so tired i just went to sleep without drinking water or food. Woke up in the morning covered in a heat rash and had a temp of 103 for about 6 hours. My face swelled up like I got into a fight and my vision was jacked. My roomate forced me to drink tons of water and take cold baths and showers til my temp got down to 100. It was not fun. I did lose about 10 pounds of fat from the 9 day run but It wasnt worth it to me, and I gained all that weight back within 2 months due to a shitty diet. It's totally my fault for what happened, I should have drank more water and ate more calories. Now im into cardio HIT training, down 18 pounds with no drugs and a clean diet.

it sounds like pretty intense stuff. im not really familiar with it, but from what it sounds, you might want to run it again when you have more time.

for the fan, it would mainly just help alleviate the sweat from you, fans only keep you cool by moving air by you, allowing more sweat to be taken from your body, making you feel cooler. it shouldn't make you sweat significantly less though

well unless you have some kinda crazy fan moving tons of air very quickly, it shouldn't significantly lower your body temp, which would mean you should still be sweating similar amounts, it just gets absorbed into the air faster

is there anyone who can share this guys advice?

I mean, i ate a good amount of dairy on my DNP cycle.

Why would eating dairy cause eye damage?
