Anavar , and all steroids for that matter, work by building to stead-state (the highest absorbable levels) within the bloodstream. This is contrary to the way several supplements and meds work in conjunction with food/digestion, so the technical answer is "taking it with or w/o food doesn't matter". However, orals are digested and therefore may wreck havoc on the lower GI tract, via conditions that are contengent upon individual sensitivities, total single dosages/amounts, particular drug properties, etc. Should you realize said problems, by all means consider taking it with food, and increasing the amount of water at administration.

DNP like Chemotherapy, can be a useful poison, but both are still POISONS
