ok this makes sence, i agree with that quote it would save alot of BS. everyone asks the odd stupid question, some guys are so rude in return and often shut the guy down for asking a question, but he didnt know any better. why so harsh? give him someone to look up to and understand... i know theres alot to answer but just try to be nicer i mean no one is perfect.

I believe theres a lot of that going on, the more posts the more knowledge lol yeah right.
Serious note, i for one have minimal knowledge about aas, but i try to contribute. If i get told I have said the wrong thing, well I will take that into account and cop it on the chin, and remember for next time. We only learn from our mistakes.

I try to share my knowledge I've gained over the 10 years I've been in bodybuilding. My knowledge is combined of readings, experiences and older bodybuilders I've learned from. However, I am still ever learning and open to new ideas and opinions. If at anytime I give out questionable ideas, anyone feel free to correct me. I'm always open to learn.

I'm a newb on this forum and a newb to the world of steriods and BB. I don't giv people advice on things I dnt knw, I just share experiences that iv had relating to the question. il admit I take things maib a lil to personally sometimes, that looking back I shouldn't hav but some people on here enjoy picking on newbs rather than helping them...
