    Help with gains

I have been drinking creatine shakes for about 8 months now, have a good diet (brown rice, oatmeal, and grilled poultry nothing fried), and work out 4-5 days a week. Im not seeing the gains I thought I would! Is there something I can take to speed up the process? A friend told me to order d-bol from a site but it doesn't look legit to me.

    thanks in advance

please edit that web address as it is against the rules

lets look at your diet first, dbol is terrible by itself and will only give you strength and a lot of water weight gain while you take it, it can also shut down your natty test , so bad idea

post up a typical days food in take and when you eat, and let us have a go at it

its not anabolic steroids . You dont need dbol . You need to get over to the workout and diet forums.

For instants today I got up had some outmeal. About a 2 hours later I had some grilled chicken breast and 5 egg whites. For lunch I had chicken breast again and just recently ate some rice I try to constantly stay full.

my daily intake varies a little but is very similar to this :

Meal 1: 7:00am (Aminos pills and glutmine)The idea behind it is that idont burn muscles when i do the low intense cardio.

Workout: 7:15 am (Walk for hour)

    Meal 2: 8:30 am (50g protien tuna/ 35g carbs Wheat bread/ Green tea)

Meal 3: 10.00 am (15g carb from fruts for quick energy apple/orange )

Workout: 10.05 am (Weight trining hard core one )

    Meal 4 : 11.30 am ( 50g protien shake/60g carb from dates or banans)

    Meal 5: 1.00 pm (50G protien from Red meat/salaed)

    Meal 6: 4.00pm (50g protien tuna/salaed)

    Meal 7: 7.00pm (50g protien shake/fruts)

Workout: 8.00 pm (1 hour walking)

    Meal 8: 9.30 pm (50g protien tuna/salaed)

Possiblely Meal 9: (50g protien shake with lwo fat milk)

    Goodnight at 10.30 pm

So baisclly its: 300-350g protien 100-140g carbs and very low fat around 20-30g from meat.
Which is 2100-2500 calorie in take.

I know everyone is different, but generally speaking how long should it take to see results?

less shakes, more REAL SOLID FOOD !!!!

    meal 1, not a meal

meal 2 ok, but sub whole wheat bread for better carb like rice or sweet potatoe

meal 3 not a real meal, just pre workout energy

meal 4 ok for post workout

meal 5 red meat good, salad as only carb, not so good, need good carbs here

meal 6 need good carbs here too

meal 7 get rid of shake and eat Whole foods

meal 8 again, add good carbs here

meal 9 ok, but could be better with cottage cheese

    2 hours? whoa.
You need to hit the gym imo for atleast 4-5 years of hard core balls to the ****ing walls training. If you still need more then think about gear. Till then go natural.
