200lbs is very skinny for someone who actually lifts weights and trains for size at your height.
Even with a thin body frame, You should at least get up to 220lbs before thinking about using anything.
It takes work, learn hot to eat & train then do it for a few years.
Your looking for HUGE shortcuts, and it simply does not work that way when it comes to getting big.

Also my buddy is 5'8" and he weights about 185 he is still trying to reach about 190-195 before he cycles.
