    what is the most i can take?

    i am taking 20mgs tabs of clen - 4 a day at the moment, what is the most i can do to be safe?

    clen is measured in MCG's, not MGS

    you slowly build up to a dose of about 120 mcgs/day max

    it depends on how well you handle the side effects and your body temp

    work your way up as far as dosages are concerned and judge what is 'safe' depending on your bodies reaction/side effects you may experience. 120mcg's seems to be the safe max dosage

    120-160mcgs ED are optimal for bb'er purposes, and virtually side effect free for "MOST" users. At one 180mcgs complications begin to arise, and S.com users who have ventured to 200mcgs and beyond have rendered bad reports including nose bleeds, dizzy spells, excessive jitters, etc. In short, such doses make normal functioning less possible.
