Hi,

This is my cycle:

Winstrol Primobolan
1st week: 50 mg 300 mg
2nd week: 50 mg 400 mg
3rd week: 50 mg 500 mg
4th week: 50 mg 500 mg
5th week: 50 mg 400 mg
6th week: 50 mg 300 mg

I am not sure how to do my PCT, what to take, when and for how long.
Also can you help tell me about this cycle, I am not looking for huge gains...
Age 28
Years working out: 8
Weight: 200
Height: 6'1"

Well the main problem with this cycle is that it doesnt contain Testosterone .

Test is the base for ANY good cycle. As when you use other compounds, they shut down your natural Test levels.

Thus requiring artifical Test to be taken. Not to mention, as you will read in the Test beginner thread, that you should begin your first cycle with one compound to see how your body will take to the drug.

This way if there is a problem, it can be narrowed down to one specific compound.

After you read, come back to this thread and post a new cycle with PCT and ill see how much youve learned.

if I add 250 mg of test. per week to that cycle I mentioned before, what do you think?

I think that you should drop the Primo.

Its not that great a compound anyway.

Adding the Winny at the end of the cycle would benefit.

Youre on the right track. Keep researching bro!

the reason why I decided to use Primo and Winny is side effects, like gyno.
Do u think that if I take this test. 250mg week, i might get gyno?

Its doubtful.

The higher your BF% the higher your risk. There are other factors, but that is the main one.

drop the Primo use the Test instead

Add the Winny at the end of the cycle.

Different esters require different injection schedules.
