    heya guys

    Ok guys so im around 202 this week seem to just adding really lean mass from what people have noticed!!! I had a thread about military saying overwgiht according to the BMI well just to much BF!! Ive changed my training some im doing more calenstetics and running 6 days a week and weightlifting in the after noons 4 days a week. My question to you is if i dropthe deca and run test at 400 mgs a week still will it be ok to run and try to increase endurance on my runs? Im also trying to slowly cut away some of this bf and increase lean mass!!

    ok well im on deca 400 mgs a week and test 400 mgs a week into week 7 now.

    Im on hydroxycut

    Ginseng
    NO

    didn't get the answer you wanted in your last thread on the same subject?

    clean up your diet (which, incidentally, you never posted when previously requested), do some cardio.

    when do you weigh in again?

    Your going to do what you want to do either way, seems to me you are just looking for people to agree with what your doing.

    All options have been discussed, pick one and run with it (no pun intended).
