    M1T + T3 or Clen

    I am on day 4 of my M1T cycle of 10 mg a day. I will up it to 20 mg a day in the second week and assess my progress there after to see if an increase in mg would be beneficial to me.

    I am wanting to throw in either T3 or Clen starting the second week of my M1T cycle.

    I am leaning towards T3 as I know more about it but am wondering which one would work better to cut my fat down. I have gyno but it is the one cause my fat not the one where I would need surgery. This is why I am trying to take T3 or clen to aid me. I took M1T because I have heard just taking T3 would cause muscle loss and am hoping I can somewhat combat it with M1T.

    What do you guys think about this.

    I was thinking about doing the T3 at 25mcg for the first couple days than upping it to 50 and if needed upping it to 75 or 100. Is there a certain feeling I should get to know its working?

    How long should I take the T3 for? 5-6 weeks?

    Should I take clen and scrap the whole T3 idea?

    I cant find any threads on T3 duration.

    I think I am going to aim for 5-6 weeks but if I reach my goals sooner I will stop sooner.

    I Will start at 25 mcg for the first day than up it to 50 mcg for the second day and by the end of the first week will be up to 75 mcg.

    Some days I will be working in the mornings and will have to hit the gym after work. Should I be taking the T3 before work or should I take it after work and before the gym. I have heard you cant sleep if you take it too close to bed time and that worries me.

    That will be tapering up on the T3 a little quickly. Perhaps try upping the dosage every 4 days or so?

    I think ill listen to what your saying on that. I will keep it at 50 mcg for the first week than up it to 75 and then there after. Have you used T3 before, if so howd you dose it and for how long.
