lol jersey shore... lol sorry i dont watch hick shows...
yaa i'm 63.5, i wasn't sure earlier in pounds cuz i was trien to convert it in my head.
i'm fasting next month, and i might start my cycle a month after that.
here's my diet planned out :
1st meal, eggs. milk . cereal . white bread . croissants. and a protien shake
2nd meal , mango juice . croissants ... basically i try to fit in carbs
3rd meal , ranges from fish to chicken to meat , depending on the day cooked in alot of ways
4rth meal similar to 2nd but more protein in it
5th meal similar to 3rd meal .
i am going to do the cycle. i don't need advise on how to do it , when to do or what to do with it. i tweeked it to see what people have to offer on if they were presented the opportunity to go on that cycle... but respect doesn't seem to work sadly.
the only thing i wasn't sure about was the PCT , i still need to find more views for that... but i guess i have more than enough time because the cycle is gona be 2 to 3 month from now.

this is a simpler form of it, it is much more detailed , i will try and type it out for you tonight. its a bit complex because of my "G6PD" condition.
i should also get my stuff today or at least this weeks. its a legit source that i trust, i also will post pictures of that

Despite all that these guys have done to help you, You turn a deaf ear and say you know what your doing.
Why bother asking if you wont take advice?
-

The ask him about PCT.
Why do you even have an Endo?
If he's got you on a couple of shot of 5000ius HCG post cycle, I'd question his methods.
Personally, I think your talking total garbage and you dont have an Endo, nor do you have a nutritionist. No nutritionist would have you on a diet like that trying to build muscle.

Look i know you guys are trying to help me and that you are trying to get more information, i will help as much as i can to provide you with that information. because who's better to ask than people that already experimented with AAS. I thank you so much for your concern and i hope i become a good member of your community and not a disgrace.
i am taking the advice and reading more about nutrition, but you have to understand that i cant eat what you eat because of a medical condition which i mentioned just earlier. i have lived with that medical condition and i don't think you understand how it is for a person with that medical condition that's bodybuilding...
my goals isn't to be humongous or HUGE , i thought that might put stuff into perspective for you, i seek a lean mean buff look and thats it.

500ius is ok, 5000ius isnt.
Read my HCG thread on how to use it best if you decide to use it at all.
Tamox 20mg/ED for PCT is fine, but 6 weeks, not 4 IMO.

You mentioned in your diet: Eggs, Milk, Chicken, Red Meat, Fish, and Protein Shakes. The only things I see missing that would be essential in a proper diet are Carbs and Vegetables.
Are you able to eat Rice? Potatoes? Oatmeal? Broccoli? Celery? Green Beans? Carrots?
What your eating isn't too far off from what I'm eating in terms of what I just mentioned. I'm just consuming a lot more then you are.

Legumes aren't a major necessity but they are certainly very beneficial in any diet. I'd cut out the cereal and white bread. Stick with complex Carbs throughout the day, keep your protein intake high and hit up some healthy fats. Avocados, nuts, ect ect. Limit your shake intake to 2 a day and rely on solid meals.

all to often we get guys here who are too young to cycle safely in our opinion, or other factors are keeping them from being ready as far as we are concerned, and when we try to educate them they display a very negative attitude and the thread goes down in flames. although you have been persistent against not hearing what you want to hear, you have been very respectful and polite, and that displays a good solid character that will take you far. for that I commend you.

I would cut out the white starchy carbs and add slow burning low GI carbs.

oh man. i'm very proud to hear that. i thank you very much, and YES i am willing to take more advice from you guys , and if that means you guys find out that i'm not fit to start a third cycle in the future then i'm not.
as i said my cycle might be in 2-3 or even 5 months from now. i know these substances are not to be rushed and i learnt that from you guys. and i'm still willing to learn more and more.
and if i do go on my cycle i'm going to start a thread that updates you guys with the results daily and weekly , and might even video blog it as appreciation for your help

Your diet shouldnt be very limited and shouldnt be an excuse not to eat right or not listen to advice. There are PLENTY of foods you CAN eat and grow

you look ripped up pretty good for 120 bro. i don't know what you started at so its hard for me to judge your progress. it does seem after 3 cycles your weight would be higher so congrats on the progress so far you look great but i will go with the majority and say diet needs more work but good luck on everything
