    Exclamation My ''Deca/Dianabol/Enanthate" tweeked 12 Week Cycle

    Hello Everyone i am new to this forum. i hope you can advise me on my next cycle.

    this is going to be my third cycle now and i need help on my PCT. i read a lot of thread on this particular cycle combo, but never could find the definitive PCT. I guess it might vary from person so that is the reason that may have brought me here

    My Stats : i am 5'4"(shorty :P) and i weigh between 120 and 130 pounds im not sure because i don't use that kind of weighing system. and i'm 21 y/o . ( EDITED : its 140pounds)

    I'm happy with how i look like now and what i have achieved for myself. but this might be the last push as you might say.

    I have attached my cycle i hope that you can give it a look and give me your input. 1st on PCT . 2nd on further more tweaking

    You dont need steroids you need to learn how to eat...

    No one on this board is going to offer you cycle advice with those stats..

    Post your current diet in the diet forum....

    My diet is good , and if u want my exact weight , its 63.5 KG i don't know what that is in pounds , but that is good considering i'm 163CM in height.

    163cm @ 63.5kg is not good by any means. I would love to see your diet. Please post it in the nutrition section.

    It's fine for someone who has never trained or undergone a solid diet regimen, then perhaps.

    well i don't know how to describe my diet to you because i have different kind of foods than you guys because i'm from a different culture but i'll try my best.

    -breakfast : bread(toast, white) , eggs , protein shake....
    -Snack : buns, dates, fruit and so on
    -Lunch : alot of stuff... meat (cooked in different ways), chicken breast, and sea food. also fruit most of the time watermelon after lunch. and i have rice alot of the times with my meals.
    -snack
    -Dinner: pizza... burgers... ( i don't really mind the fat, i was 8%-9% body fat last time i checked)

    but generally i try to keep 60%carbs / 20%-30% / And the rest fat .



    As for my previous cycles, they were experimenting with orals . Dianabol , and i also tried Sustanon 250 but in a very conservative Dose.

    If you ran any type of cycle on that diet, you'll keep about 10% of your gains. That's if you gain anything at all, besides water.

    Well i'm happy with my results as i said i'm very glad with them. and i did PCT before with my sustanon cycle.

    i really just need help because this cycle is a little bit more complex and i thought i'd get more input on it. i really wanna know if i'm taking too much or too little for my size.

    please take the time to read my attachment, because i am going through this but i'm not really in a rush because i'm going to run this cycle starting September or mid September

    I really have no idea why you guys aren't giving me feedback... Diet really depends on someones metabolism, sure i do have pizza and burgers. but they are home made, not dipped in oil.... even though i really don't mind that because IT WORKS FOR ME and i would have changed that if it didn't.

    again i repeat i am very happy with what i achieved 140+ pounds relative to my height is excellent. I kept good results off my cycles because my PCT is correct and done with the right research...

    i haven't given anyone attitude. i answered to all of you request. but no one even told me what they think about my cycle. if i wanted criticism about the way i eat or workout , i would have looked for an AA meeting.

    i have done nothing but be polite and answer to your requests, but please inform me if i am mislead to think that this is a good place to ask for advice. and if i have missed some information please inform me so i can fill it in.

    i still don't think you guys grasp that i am 5"4' and 140+ pounds and 7%-8% of fat

    for what it's worth I looked at the cycle and it sucks, pyramiding went out years ago and I don't agree with the ai dosing, and the pct is sub-par.

    personally I feel you should get blood work to see where your levels are now. 21 is too young to cycle, way too young for a 3rd cycle. I am positive you could gain considerably with an improved diet.

    i understand how you may think my diet is in the way or i can go the extra mile tweaking it. but again i already have professional help with my diet.

    and i have done blood work with my endocrinologist , i'm all set. i'm just hesitant about the start date, its either going to be in September because i'm gona be fasting next month , or February

    We aren't giving you cycle advise because once you get off the cycle you will have gained nothing. Why? Because you don't know how to eat properly. You have to understand, when your on the juice, you'll be adding mass that will require you to eat double (or in your case) triple the amount of food just to hold/maintain. Since you eat like crap, your cycle simply won't benefit you. Then once PCT rolls around, you have to eat even more then what you were while you were "on". Since the esters have dropped and your holding all that radical mass naturally, your body will need all the extra calories, carbs, protein, and fats to help maintain what you have gained off the cycle.

    Now let's say you do magically gain 20-25lbs off this cycle with a shitty diet. The reason you may have put on so much weight from this cycle is because you were so far from your natural genetic potential that once you injected/ingested the compounds into your system you exploded. You didn’t need to struggle to put on that kind of radical mass because you were easily capable of doing it the natural way. Then, once you come off your cycle, you'll lose everything you've gained, and this little shortcut to getting big would all be a waste of time. Why? Because you didn't take the time and dedication to work your ass off to put on some quality weight naturally and because you had a lack of a solid diet regimen.

    On the real kid, no one here is going to give you cycle advise. So you are better off listening to what I'm telling you, and apply it, or give it a go and see for yourself what will happen. Guaranteed everything I've said will be so, if you decide to cycle in your current state.

    that's all true if you have worked out for three months then decide to take AAS. my first cycle was after 1 year of solid workout and diet(19y/o), the cycle included orals. my second cycle was conservative amount of Sustanon250+Dbol (20y/o). i turn 22 in a couple of months, so that makes it 4 years in the gym.... maybe u might assume that its my workout regime , but i assure you it isn't. i didn't just up and decide i'm going on my third cycle... plus this cycle is common and there's plenty of info on it... i just needed reassurance considering my body structure and metabolism. and if the dosages are overkill and if the PCT is correct or not....

    Well I believe you had these questions answered in this thread already.

    In regards to your 2 previous cycles, how much weight did you gain? How much weight did you keep after your PCT?

    18 when i first started , weighed 99 pounds
    18 to 19 i went up to 121-122
    19 to 20 ( first cycle ) i kept it to 130
    20 to 21 ( second cycle) kept it at 143 pound which is still my current weight

    these weight after the losses

    You can justify your reasons for wanting to do this cycle all you want, but the fact of the matter is, this site does not condone the use of AAS by anyone your age. You can do the cycle if you want, no one here can stop you. But we can not advise someone that we believe is not ready on how to do a cycle.

    If you decide you want to do things the safe and right way, let us know, we want to help you, we really do. If you dont want our advice, and only want to hear what you want to hear, then I am sorry, but you will need to go to another site that is willing to give out that type of advice.

    @Blackeagle you could have atained that without AAS, im 5'6-160 and have a similar frame than you but didnt cycled yet, you really need to bump that diet bro

    @Blackeagle you should really listen to what these people are telling you. You may not believe so but they are offering you valid proven information about what you are asking. Please do yourself a favor and listen to the advice they give you.

    If they say you need work on your diet. Then drop quick easy fix cycle out of your head and do some serious research. On your own without someone else telling you how to eat
    Knowledge in this field is 50% of the fight the other 50% is some serious dues it doesnt appear you have paid yours.

    So you wanna learn how to Diet?

    With more knowledge you can feed your body like the carefully tuned machine it is and your gains will exceed anything you have currently gained
