    Gyno question

I have gyno and have started taking letrozole (killing my lower back btw) but I'm wondering if its worth it.

The lump has pretty much gotten bigger than the nipple itself which has gotten noticably bigger than the other gyno-less nipple.

Is it past the point of no return or is there still hope by taking letro?

After the surgery, how does the scar look?

will my nipple return to normal or will it always be bigger than the other one?

Sorry if I sound demanding with all the questions lol, Any help would be much appreachiated.

How much letro are you taking? And how are you taking anything with it? Possibly Nolva?

I'm taking 2.5mg every day, and I'm going to get some nolvadex soon for after the lump has gone. I got this from some forum

"2.5mg ed till you shift the lump mate.

Then maybe 2 weeks at 2.5mg eod. (every other day)

    Then 1-2 weeks at 2.5mg e3d. (every 3rd day)

Nolva at 20mgs ed for a week after."

I'm going through the same thing. Just went to the doctor tonight, but he really couldnt tell me anything. I got it from taking Mdrol. I am going to wait and see if the gyno symptoms subside at all, which is what he recommended.

Then I guess I'll start with the letro and nolva to follow...shit sucks ass.

I've reviewed numerous published journal studies on this topic, and I've never come across a 'point of no return' including what's called persistent pubertal gynecomastia, which lasts well into adulthood before being treated.

I'll have to defer to the surgery guys on these questions as my research has been exclusively in the realm of non-surgical treatment and resolution.

So you're saying that letro will get rid of it, no matter how big its gotten?

I've been taking 2.5mg a day for 3 days and its still sore. When its gone, and I have taken the nolvadex , is there a chance it could come back?

    thanks 4 the help

notihng is for sure when it comes to gyno, but letro is very strong and it is your best option. Once gone you will need to be careful with future cycles to make sure gyno does not come back.
