sustanon 250
ive just started taking sustanon 250 once a week, what should be my dosage
my first dosage was 1ml/250mg, i have read that i should take 750-1000mg/4ml?
is this correct any information would be highly appreciated.

Youre going to get flak buddy...... Whatch some guy is going to come and say you are too young to be cycling. Hehe
as for me ill say if you are really adament about using sust then keep your dosage at 1ml a week but split it into 2-4 dosages during the week so that your blood levels remain stable.
But your main prblem is your bf% 25% means that you currently sit with 22.5kg of fat on your body. Which is very very unsafe for using aas. I personally would recomend pausing the use of the sust and first burn the fat to below 15% then you can reconsider it.

AGREED COMPLETELY. THREE MONTHS IS HONESTLY TOO LITTLE TRAINING EXPERIENCE. AND THE BODYFAT IS GOING TO SCREW YOU OVER WHEN THE SIDE AFFECTS KICK IN. WITH THAT MUCH BODYFAT YOU WILL GET BITCHTITS IT IS ALMOST A GUARANTEE.....
DROP THE SUST USE FOR NOW. COMPLETELY
1. WORK OUT A PROPER DIET TO START LOSING FAT ( 60% PROTEIN 30%CARBS 10% GOOD FATS)
2.GET SOME WHEY PROTEIN, PROPER THERMOGENIC(EPHEDRINE BASED)
3.GYM 5-6 TIMES A WEEK (CARDIO + WEIGHTS)
4.STICK TO A PLAN.
IF ALL THOSE ARE INCORPORATED CORRECTLY YOU CAN LOSE UP TO 10% bf IN 3-4 MONTHS.
NO OFFENCE BUD BUT YOU REALLY NEED TO DROP THE FAT ASAP. AND YOUR TRAINING EXPERIENCE IS REALLY TOO LITTLE. 3 MONTHS MEANS YOU ARE BASICALLY JUST STARTING OUT AND BY TAKING AAS YOU ARE LOOKING FOR AN EASY WAY OUT.

You really need to maximize your natural potential before you start a cycle. AAS will make your muscles strong. Maybe even stronger than your tendons can handle. There have been less prepared guys pulling tendon away from bone because their bodies weren't ready for that growth. You should have at least 3 years of training under your belt before you think about cycling. You bf is also too high. The is a high chance you get bad side effects like gyno, acne, etc. You need to get down to 15% or below to minimize those sides. You're young, be patient and give yourself time to grow naturally before you cycle. It's the safest way.
