    clen before cardio on empty stomach

    clen obviously raises your heart rate but when you have an elevated heart rate are you burning into your muscle? I am curious because I was reading clen was anti-catabolic but putting those together didn't make sense.

    Clen on an empty stomach is fine. Don't put too much stock into catabolism scares, just eat routinely and you'll be okay. T3, however, is another matter altogether!

    I'm not a fan of clen or ephedrine before cardio, especially intense cardio.
