missed dosage quick question, any thoughts?

Okay, I'm doing this through my blackberry, so its hard as hell to post this lmao. I'll keep it quick and short. Any help is appriciated.

I'm on a cycle of Test-E and Dianabol . I'm on my last week (4th) of dbol and have been doing 30mg a day. I've been spreading it out to take 10mg every 6 hours to keep blood levels the same.

My problem now, I left my house today without my dbol. I took mý 10mg dosage this morning, and was supposed to take another one now. I'm an hour away from home, but I'll be back tonight.

Can I just take 20mg tonight when I get back without any major concern?

I know I'm probablý freaking out more than I should, but I'm really picky when it comes to being exact with everything. I'm not usually one to forget.
