I think really this article to trying to explain why you should not go out of your way in introduce a high enough dose of a poison to self inflict harm in order to get results

Yup, I get accused of being harsh or a pr*ck often for the same reason. I am just to honest sometimes but I dont feel it does anyone any good to stroke someones ego when what they have done is wrong or their results suck like many of the cycle pictures.

I like how you chose to take fluoride's very inclusion out its given context, failing to note how it is mentioned as being only minimally consumed, how in miniscule amounts it's harmless, and how it is a poison used in positive manner.
