    Beginner looking for advice

    Hey all.

    Kicking around the idea of getting a bit of help for my workouts.
    I am late 30s 35-40 lbs heavier than i would like and lift heavey loadst
    From time to time at work. I am interested in slimming
    down and getting a bit bigger. I have no interest in gettin
    Really huge. I have never been a big guy and dont want it to
    be obvious i am getting a boost. Was thinking about trying
    Clen . Does it have anything to help build muscle as
    Well as burn fat? Is there anything that is not for maximum
    Gains or can i just scale back on doses?
    Info 30s 202lbs 5'5" bench a sad 150

    Diet and exercise mate... Combined with lots of dedication. Clen is only useful for losing that last couple of %,
