i need help with getting rid of my man boobs
Ok i took test like 2 years ago and then I stopped working out (biggest regret ever) well now I have been working out pretty hard for like 4-5 weeks and I'm not stopping any time soon. I'm not taking anything I have like mild man boobs and doing some research i learned that i should only do incline bench press and flys when working out my chest along with cardio. I have also been eating healthy, 6 small meals throughout the day. Is this good should i continue with my routine ? is there anyhting else i should do? im 23 y/o and i weigh 161 lbs and 5'11

If it's just fat, lose weight.
If it's real gyno it will depend on how bad it is on what could be done.

I am a little fat not much though I used to be real skinny back in highschool ..
how do i know if its real gyno ?

i dont feel any hard lump on or around my nipple or anywher in my pec area ther jus soft

Most likely fat then. . . I am not a big fan of moobs. . . I seem to have em' until my Bf% gets real low.

thanks man ill keep this thread updated as i keep doing what im doing and to see if I lose my moobs

post some pics because you are kind of thin for your height
i would think that is where you place fat but you never know.
I was a fat kid that had moobs and it was just where I deposited fat not gyno

Skipping flat and decline bench is a big mistake IMO
Only working out part of your chest will not get rid of moobs.. diet n cardio will.

so i should still work out my whole chest? ill start doing more cardio and my diet is pretty strict rite now so that should be good

He probably read articles out there saying if you have a saggy chest do more incline.
You need to have healthy balance of diet and strong training regiment. I am telling you it will come off in no time. I personal only do decline db maybe once evry few weeks. Not a fan of declibe

ive only done incline 1 day before that on my chest days id do the whole chest .. thanks now i know that i should do my whole chest and not just incline

I personally mix it up. I switch between flat incline bells and bar. I do 4 sets each and then 3 sculpting exercises. Then rep out with either pushups or 135 for as many as I can with 30 second breaks. Then I will throw decline dumbells in there every few weeks

Yes sir you need to work your whole chest ending with dips.

thank you guys a lot . ill start working out my whole chest and end with push-ups since i dont ahve access to dips here i shall be back in the states real soon
