    75 grams of protein is no where sufficient for your size. I am a pt director at a pretty big gym.
    You need at least 1.5 grams per body lb for quality gains and that's eating clean protein. Your trainer is way off.

    I appreciate the suggestion from you guys to not to use it but why not? I have taken my body to the max, I could have used steroids at 22 but I didn't. At that time friends in gym was using it, I could have made good sources but I didn't as I wanted to take my body to the max, now I m turning 29 this year and I think it's a good time to use it, also when I was 22 I seen guys using steroids after even couple of months in gym and they got good results, I started gym at 16, a friend of mine never seen in his life and he went gym for 2 months and after 2 months when I seen him he was with a very nice body, I value the opinion but guys I am ready for steroids.

    Because your not near the max or even close. The results you want can be easy naturally if u fix whats wrong. Your diet. If u dont ur going to look the same once u stop. It doesnt matter if you have been trying for a long time if u have been doing it wrong
    If people can't tell your on steroids then your doing them wrong

    Based on the knowledge your presenting here you have not taken your body to the max. If your thinking the nutrition protocol you are on is adequate I can only imagine your training. I'm not trying to offend here, just to open your eyes. Your hearing from many vets who have been in your shoes and have the knowledge, skill and abilities to guide you. LISTEN to them please! You can make great progress if you just hit the nutrition forum here and asked for advice with your diet! Great guys there willing to help!

    X2 on your trainer not being that sharp. Love to see a picture of him!

    Food is what builds muscle. AAS just helps your body do it better. Even if you juice now what do you think is going to happen when you come off? Or are you planning on staying on the rest of your life?

    So many people come on here - ask a question - and refuse to listen.

    Everyone is right brother - your diet is not correct. Now - im much bigger than you so I need more protien but for me - I need to stay above 200 grams ED -- so unless you weight a buck 20 - you are not getting enough at 75!

    Can any one answer my this question please? I have asked this many time in this thread but no answer.

    How a guy who had never done gym in his life, a month after starting gym he goes on cycle at the age of 26 and in next 2 months he gets the amazing body?

    I have seen this from my own eyes.

    Anyone wanna answer this and explain this to me?

    An amazing body is not built in 2 months, end of story, the point of you taking steroids is near on useless, you have clearly shown you have no idea how to build and maintain muscle at a very simple level..
    If getting a good body means so much to you, stop wasting your time and start reading and learning..

    You don't see the inside where their ligaments are straining because of all the extra weight and pressure being exerted on them.
    You want a quick fix but there is NO QUICK FIX.
    Just hold off and watch this person who has a great body and see where they are in 6-8 months.
    I bet you they will look worse than before they started at the gym!
    Stay true to your own path and don't be influenced by others around you and what they look like.
    I'm 238lbs and 17-18% bodyfat and I'm the smallest person in my gym.
    This doesn't bother me as I know most of the lads are steroid abusers and train and eat like crap.

    I asked you two simple questions that would give you the answer to why you shouldn't cycle. Where do you think muscles come from? Answer, food. And while you might blow up a bit on cycle what do you think will happen once you stop aas? You'll shrink right back down to where you started if your diet isnt in check.

    If your bf is 18% than you are over weight. I am not flaming you. Just saying that is to high to be cycling. Most would say to get down to 15% before running a cycle but in my opinion it would be better to be at 12% or lower

    Thanks Jim but if I could go 12% I would have done that before, after intense straight training and everything I m unable to go 12% bf. do people bit fat can't use steroids to lose fat and build muscles?

    They just don't understand the years of hard work that have to be put in to diet and training to be in the kind of shape that they desire. Steroids are only the icing on the cake. Short cuts don't work!

    Take out your sugars and Add 2 meals of greens/brown rice or pasta/steak or chicken. And add like 4 more eggs to breakfast. And eat 6 whole eggs before bed. Than its a start.

    Guys I understand and sorry if make yous mad, ask I said I will fix my diet then why I can't use juice? I will fix diet, I m a regular gym person, I m physically capable, I did kickboxing, spent years in gym. Come on guys

    Because ur still not ready. Your bf is high and u have low muscle mass. Fix ur diet and train right and get in better shape first.

    What's the point of using gear if I had too do it myself ?? And I said of I couldn't do it in years I won't be able to do it next 10 years, by eating more i will get more fat if I m not on the juice

    Yes u can if u do it right. The problem is your doung it wrong. Steriods arent magic.
    Fvcking bananas isnt a diet to get in good shape. You might as welk be eating 3 candy bars for lunch.
    Know what run ur cycle, im done you know more then everyone else and while ur at it give ur trainer a raise too.
    My wife carries more lean body mass then u. Then again she knows how to eat properly, oh and she didn't need steriods, but i guess ur genetics are worse then a girls
