To start with this is a female.... Probably worth nothing that from now on lol
OP you do not need any gear.... You haven't even got a nutrition plan in place lol
Why don't you just focus on getting everything else sorted out and get some results before you go down the route of using drugs

That's what I have been doing getting on here, but you want to misjudge me as overly fat by looking at some older pics of me that are bad quality. with people's advice I decided for myself that I wanted to try it.

I did not, I said my scale says 38.2%, however I believe its wrong, which I've stated in my profile. To add to that, so do my trainers and everyone who knows me.

Read up on the stickies on here. Do your research. These are potentially dangerous chemicals and coming here demanding someone write you a plan and cos "they know so much" is a really shit way of using this useful forum. Lot of info on here if you read through stickies on various sub forums...

I'm not starting shit with anyone anywhere.....
I was advising you with regards to a nutrition plan and then noticed you had this thread asking about AAS....
Now if you don't even have a nutrition plan in place then it would be terrible to advise you on how to use AAS....
I don't know what ur problem is but u need to shut up and listen.....

you need to shut up and listen. I told you that nutrition plan was temporary, due to an emergency. I follow clean eating, I said that off the bat. I guess I need to be more specific and spell every little detail out. I had a great plan with the proper macros till this shit with this move happened, I made the mistake of trying to see if my temporary substitute, not made by choice, was hurting me. so you need to shut up and back off.

Ok, that's it, I'm done with this thread now too.... Sorry I couldn't have been of better assistance to you...
Good luck with your steroid cycle and bulking plan.... I'm sure the results will be just what you desire in the end so long as you listen to no one but yourself....
Good luck finding help around here

Take a breath...it's the internet and the only one effected when your angry is you. Considering your a female changes a number of things for you. I'm assuming from the sounds of this thread you are working on fat loss yes? If thats the case, depending on your goal, AAS may not be right for you AT THIS TIME.
Most guys will use some Test to help maintain muscle mass during a low cal diet but in your case it would not be a good idea. Foer women, most use AAS to help pack on size. If you dont fall into this category then my advice is to keep doing what works, diet and excersise until your cut down to a the BF you desire or lower and then consider if AAS may be a consideration. Best of luck!

Musclenutant,
Sorry about your situation/emergency. If the situation is temporary, I suggest you put everything on hold until you're doing better.
I reviewed the other threads in the nutrition forum. baseline made a sincere attempt to help you. No one here get's paid to help you. So the level of patience he showed you initially was beyond what most will do. You have to understand that it is frustrating when helping someone who gives us nothing to work with. It's very simple. If you have no way to cook, don't worry about anything except getting to the point where you have the tools you need to succeed.
basline is hoping you that you listen so that you do not injur yourself and/or head in the wrong direction, which is what you're doing. Cutting should be your focus. A caloric deficit and cardio only for now. I came from 36% Body Fat. So I'm speaking from experience. the last thing I needed was to bulk or focus on muscle growth. Fat loss is the goal here. Luckily, you don't need a machine to do cardio.
Best of luck.~ PLEASE DO NOT ASK FOR SOURCE CHECKS ~

I want both to a degree, just not sure which one to do first. no matter how I lift, my measurements around my muscles,is getting larger yet I'm having to buy new clothes because the waist area is too big now, I need smaller clothes. so my weight is staying up, yet I've gone down on my sizes cause its all too baggy on my waist, yet my size shirts- smalls, and mediums, the biceps bulge and stretch the sleeves as I move my arms. same thing with legs, medium or large pants, but my thighs and calves bulge in them as I move.

thanks, it's an odd situation, not a lot of trainers I talk to have seen. my weight doesn't change much, yet the waist part of is too big for me, I need smalls and mediums for shirts, mediums and larges for pants.with the size that fits my waist, my biceps bulge in the sleeves when I move my arms, my calves and thighs do the same in my pants. my weight hasn't increased at all, yet my muscles are noticeably larger, and it shows in measurements.I'm wondering if maybe the creatine I was taking at the time of those pics, is why they appear fat? water on top? cause I sure as hell have hard muscles with veins visable on the surface now.

From the pics I have seen you do not need to bulk at this time...I am not calling you fat (been married too long to be that stupid) lol. You have large arms....no doubt and muscle yes. But your BF% is high..like it or not. You are built like a power lifter. Most of them are big, strong and muscular but higher BF%.
It impossible to bulk without gaining additional BF. It would be in your best interest to resume a solid cut, get down to a weight and BF% you desire....then add LEAN gains!

one of the mistakes many newbs make when they come here is to expect too much too quickly.
I'd suggest slowing it down a notch. You can achievve your goals, but it will take time.

A big mistake I'm seeing the so called experts with trained eyes making, is that muscle has to be defined, cut and shredded to be impressive or noticeable. And that if its not, a person is fat if they are huge. I said it before , I'll say it again, fat is not hard to the touch, you cant see it move when its flexed. My muscles do, the expansion between unflexed and flexed is a full inch. Fat doesn't feel hard when relaxed, my muscles do. veins don't show on the surface if its fat. I have veins coming to the surface, and they pop out when I'm lifting and have a good pump. I wish the "experts" on here new more than just ripped stripped muscle.

And people here need to not assume. Or be blind to everything but ripped and shredded. Or make someone new feel unwelcome just because they are switching from one focus to the other. I sure hope the don't treat other powerlifters this way if they come here wanting to start bodybuilding.

Like you said you are new. It's all about first impressions in life. Regardless I am usually very open to helping people and giving easy answers but you my friend need to do more research because of your attitude. If you are lucky, I would contact MickeyKnox for some info because he can def lead to the right places.

Stay out of this, it ain't your place to be nosing in and making insults.. Hah, is super- chump ironic cause you are one if you join their side.

No it's not ironic I really am a chump, a super chump if that.
All good. To be fair though you aren't going to get any advice from this forum after what you have already said. There is plenty of info out there though just do a bit of research.
