    2-3 years of aas experience you should be g2g on any cycle and know how they work for the most part. I would do test only if I were you.

    Please don't advise members if you can't do it properly

    For a start your 24 years old 185lbs @15% body fat after 3 cycles
    This says your diet and or training is crap!

    Secondly your going to be on your 4th cycle at 24
    Have you had any blood work done after the previous cycles

    Third you have no idea the meaning of blast and cruise

    After 3 cycles and your happy with them results?
    Each to their own but you've used steroids and got nothing from it that you couldn't of done naturally

    Personally you should do your 8 week cycle followed by a solid pct. if your losing gains your not eating enough during and after pct

    Doesn't make sense to stop a prop cycle then move onto cyp for 8 weeks. You will have about a 4 week wait for cyp to kick in we're your in limbo and you will lose all gains because you haven't attempted to kick start your hpta with pct.

    Panntastic us right blast and cruising is a life long commitment with a high chance of trt afterwards. OP you are showing your immaturity with your comments and cavalier attitude, which tells me you shouldn't be messing with AAS PERIOD but good luck anyways you will need it

Then I would like to keep results by cruising instead of letting my natural metabolism (which slows down on cycles) eat away a lot of gains.

    I haven't touched steroids in nearly 2 years now and don't plan on it for a long time.
    Work commitments saw me working in South Africa for a year and I ate rather well the whole time, not that I need to explain anything to you.

    And bang goes your chance of ever getting any advice about anything on this site. Plenty of other places that will encourage young people with inappropriate lifestyle choices, but not this one.

    We do have a kick ass TRT section though, bear that in mind in a few years should you follow your intended path.

    We also have an amazing nutrition section should you care to read the stickies in there and adjust your diet accordingly.

    Some of what they are telling you is a fact yea their opinions however do what you want with. Advice is given but the person asking for it needs to be open and willing to receive it too, you ask a question you get a knowledgable member to answer then you question it does that make sense?

    Diet is everything to me I focus on 70% diet 30% training and if ever considering aas it must be that way or results will not happen period

    To talk to another member that way when he's looking out for your well being isn't cool and In my opinion this site doesn't need it I just wanted to make it known that if you keep your cool you can learn alot here.

    honestly? I wouldn't advise you to a straight cycle with your stats. Your weight and bf have been all over the place over recent years. You should get your fat down (as suggested by you) and run a lean bulking diet and gain 10lbs LBM before considering a cycle.

    Also, get some bloodwork done, we use AI's, it sounds like its your hormones that are unbalanced!

    Keep offending senior members who are trying to help you and you will be getting yourself banned.
