ASA will make your blood less likely to clot - but donating blood, as they said, is the best way if you want to reduce the RBC. But aren't the higher levels better for building new tissue and repair?

I'd make sure to drink water like a camel while your blood counts are up.

I take aspirin every day. I wouldn't call it low dose though. I take 700mg/day. Has nothing to do with prothrombin time (sometimes mis-used as 'blood thinning') in my case. What you have a problem with in RBC counts being high is that it makes your blood thicker because there's more solid filling your available volume of plasma. The only thing that helps with that is to increase your plasma volume - drink water. Aspirin is not a blood thinner. It increases clotting time by platelet activity. It won't help you with hematocrit reduction.

Additionally, aspirin does decrease the risk of internal clotting (thrombosis) which can cause heart attack or stroke for which the risk increases as hematocrit increases. So in that sense aspirin would help. Low dose therapy for heart health is 81mg/day.

From those pictures i would say around 12%. Post shirtless for more accurate answer. Eq is a waste. If u have better gains with it, it's because of hunger and increased calories. Which means fix your diet. Throw the eq away
