I have made a couple post regarding my goals and after some valuable information from you all, I am torn between two plans, so please give me your opinions. First of all, the stats: 29 yo, 6'1, 210, ~20%BF, a lot of supplement experience, no AAS experience. Coming off injury, doing mostly cardio and *light* weight training for the next ~2 weeks. Should be back to lifting in September.

Goals are to reduce my BF% by 5-10% by the end of the year. Again, I will be doing cardio mostly for the next couple weeks as I get past injury and get back into weight training. My ultimate goal is to have a "beach body".



Also - on a completely unrelated note - I am going to cut booze out of the diet completely for the next couple months. I am thinking of drinking Kava when my friends are partying. Anyone have experience with that? Any other recommendations of stuff you can take to relax when out having a good time?
