WTF is goin on with you all, crazy gringos huh?? Haha OMG, I only wanted to talk about IGF-1…. So, ok, some news, I’m feeling crap all day, very tired, yesterday diarrhea (maybe coincidence that I got a virus), and hot flashes while training. Still no numb hands and pumps during WO. Still at 25mcg PWO, next week 50mcg, I think 50mcg is too much to begin with, too many sides, and if the receptor story is true, I think starting low, is more a hit than a miss.
My goals are to shred some fat, and get back to my summer look, when I was on AAS (I know it could be possible, because ppl tell me I look bigger than this summer, although I know that’s not true, but maybe it could be true with the IGF-1). My diet is still clean, not as clean as during summer, I’m not even taking protein shakes, because I want to take a break from all that stuff, to clean my body and my organs.

Ufff and its hard to explain, mainly to a bodybuilder, but I’ll try that.
When I say, my diet is not as clean as this summer, and I want to take a break of “synthetical” protein, but be on IGF-1, I know what I’m saying.
I mean, someone who drinks 3 protein shakes a day, takes creatine without a break, and eats only meat and weat, all year long for many years, is not any healthier than someone who does his grandmother diet, ands slams in a cycle a year.
I’m convinced, that we should take a big break, sometimes in a year, from all that stuff, maybe not all at the same time, but sometimes from each compound. I’d do a cycle once a year, take peptides once a year too, but separated from the cycle, to maintain gains, take creatine once or twice a year, and live for a couple of months from natural proteins and vitamins without taking any supplements.
That for not going from use to abuse.
I’m shure, someone that abuses from protein shakes and creatine, wont live longer than someone who makes one cycle a year, without abusing from proteins, or doing crazy diets.
And switching between compounds like I do (steroids and peptides) is less bad than doing only steroids 2-3 times a year, or even blast and cruise on TRT.
This is my personal opinion, and I know I’m wrong in this forum, but outside, in the real world, I’m right.

Keep believing it Andrea, protein powders are at least as bad as steroid abuse . You don't cycle once a year and you ram in as many compounds as you can.

CapeBuffalo I know you were doing it like that until now, like the most people here, I’m not convinced that you’re doing it right, maybe I’m wrong, but we’ll know it only in the long future (at least I hope so).
My stats are, 2 years ago 68kg at 1,86m and now 80kg at 1,86 and less BF. Nothing spectacular compared to a mesomorph, that stock is maybe 80kg @ 1,70m….
But back on topic, I feel like I’m getting fat instead of leaning out, I upped my carbs a little at lunch, and drink some enegy drink during WO.
Today I’ll stick to water during WO.
You should keep this thread clean, because, there are not many logs out there, about IGF-1 experiences, and the little you can find are mostly combined with AAS, or some Adverts for selling peptides like, I got amazing results by taking IGF-1 only, got up 10lbs in a month and so on, or others that say, it did nothing to me no sides, no results.
I mean, IGF-1, you can feel it, I feel it, even at 25mcg /day, wether I’ll have some results or not, we’ll know in less than 3 weeks, but sides are there.
ATM lethargy, sore muscles, gastro-intestinal troubles, and hot flashes during WO.
I’m still waiting for the famous pumps and hand numbness. And obviously for the Hyperplasia.
My personal trainer told me Hyperplasia doesn’t exist, It exists only in rats and maybe other animals, but humans do not get Hyperplasia. I asked him how he came to that conclusion, and he told me, he studied that, and there’s no freakin way to get hyperplasia in skeletal muscle tissue in humans (maybe only in prostate or other organs).
I mean, I thaught hyperplasia was for real, due today BBers are much bigger than the Schwarzenegger-era ones.
But it seems we can get hyperplasia only where we don’t want to.

Thats a really stupid statment..
I am non-meat eater and take in 150-200g protein daily JUST from protein powders + abit more from food. for many years now...
People seem to think for some reason protein powder DOESNT = Food... but IT DOES!!!
yes not eating food with it will make it pass through you faster ( too fast maybe for some) and being dehydrated while on high protein diet ( regardless of with or without powders) can cause kidny issues. I have mine mostly with food or in smoothy
but it IS safe and NOT ANYWERE like "steroid abuse" thats just an asinine comment to make...
