Another question ,as far as the arr product goes,that 60ml bottle ,says 6mg/ml,so I assume,There is a total of 360 mg per bottle? How long did that vial last you?

Jimmy I just started albuterol at 12mg a day split into two doses with 1mg of keto before bed. I havent felt an increase in energy or anything. Is it normal for some people to feel nothing when on it or does it take some time before you see/feel the effects of it? Also, anything I should avoid while on it? I take a low dose of cialis daily is that ok?

I found Butalin, Salbutamol, 4 mg for 0.670 KD ($2.21/20 tablets) at the pharmacy (next to the Nolvadex , Lasix, and Liv52 haha they seem to cater to the crowd from the gyms nearby) last week down the road from my company apartment. Mind you, in Kuwait a lot of normally prescription meds can be purchased OTC.

Obviously a week in I can't speak for fat loss results but the boost and mental focus I've noticed is definitely a welcome side for me since I work long hours as a security contractor.

Yes,it is albuterol,ventolin is a brand name of albuterol.

Yes it is but I am pretty sure that is an inhaler, not tabs.

Abstract

OBJECTIVE:
Caffeine and ephedrine was an effective combination therapy for weight loss until ephedrine was removed from the market due to safety concerns. This study investigated the combination of caffeine and albuterol as a possibly safer alternative to ephedrine.

METHODS:
In a series of experiments using cultured adipocytes, rat models, and humans, the effects of caffeine and albuterol on lipolysis, metabolic rate, food intake, and body composition were evaluated.

RESULTS:
Both caffeine and albuterol enhanced lipolysis in cultured adipocytes. Acute treatment of humans with caffeine and/or albuterol increased resting metabolic rate. Longer-term studies of rats revealed a trend for increased metabolic rate with albuterol treatment. There was increased lean mass gain concurrent with decreased fat mass gain with caffeine/albuterol treatment that was greater than albuterol treatment alone.

CONCLUSIONS:
In rats, albuterol with caffeine produced significantly greater increases in lean body mass and reductions in fat mass without changes in food intake after 4-8 weeks of treatment. Since caffeine and albuterol are approved for the treatment of asthma in children and adolescents at the doses tested and change body composition without changing food intake, this combination may deserve further exploration for use in treating pediatric obesity.

Hey Jimmy,i want to start another "cycle" of albuterol.But i wonder what's the recommended dose of caffeine daily with albuterol?I drink a lots of espresso shots during the day,like 7-8,and one espresso contains 80 mg of caffeine,so around 600 mg daily,is it enough?

Actually I think that would be the perfect amount. 200mgs-3x/day is the norm along with compounds like ephedrine etc for fat loss so I think your 600mgs from espresso would work out perfect.

Just my .02 Don't want you to get flamed on your first few post. I know specifically that jimmy answered the using everyday for 6 weeks on the very first page of the thread...

I run it 6-8 weeks straight with keto (rarely 8, almost always 6 tops). You can do 2on/2off but once I discovered keto back in my clen days I much prefer the 6weeks straight. I do better losing fat that way as well.

This was on the first page of the thread like I mentioned. DO your reading. Everyone here is very helpful if they see your trying to help yourself first.

I know and I read all the thread. Jimmy mentioned using it for straight 6-8 weeks but I still have the question that should we take the pills everyday! If I train 4 days a week should I take the pills on the days I dont train and with the same dosage!?
