creatin plus juice or over kill?

I have been taking creatin, no loading just adding 5g to my protine shake after a workout, it been over a month now and I'm having great gains almost like when I was in juice, keep in mind I had stop working out for over 5 years and started back seriouly last month and been going light about a month before that. So I think the body is give me a flood of natural test that why I'm getting all this muscle memory back fast.
My question is this, in the future when I get my bf level to where I want it to be min 15% it over 25% now I think, guessing but Im going to give it a large number to be safe, whould you stop creatin use if you where to go on juice or is that over kill?

If you decide to cycle when you get your bf to 15% then take the creatine if you want you can always adjust on cycle.

IMO, the reason why you are seeing these great results right now is because you just came back to gym after doing nothing for 5 years. Get your body fat percentage down before even thinking about jumping on anything and creatin should not be a problem to take with anything.

    Good luck!

I don't think a person who's still figuring out creatine (probably the most researched supplement ever) should even consider gear as it's obviously much more complex.IMO get the basics down first.

Seriously, it’s not necessary at all if you’re diet is decent - I got my blood work done a while back. Creatine showed way high & I wasn’t even taking it. . . Red meat is loaded with creatine.

    Swolster:
What the best time to take it is many opinions around, pre workout, post workout, both etc.
Instead of being so smart, you could try to answare the question if its not to heavy for you balloon head.

    Samson:
Yeah iknow, i have not used it for a long time, but im considering to add it now, since i dont eat to much red meat at the moment, i live far from the big mall where i can get ok red meat, so my diet is mostly fish, pork, chicken etc.

So adding some creatine to your simple carbs that you take with your slin will be a little bit more beneficial.

Creatine supplementation causes a false positive reading of elevated creatinine levels on blood work.. this false positive originally lead people to think that Creatine caused kidney stress. it doesn't.. the elevated creatnine levels are simply from supplementation and not from the kidneys.

however, if your consuming a super high red meat diet and your creatnine and kidney values were high, then this may very well be due to kidney stress.

so theoretically, eating a bit less red meat , and supplementing with actual creatine instead is likely healthier for the kidneys.

^ having said that.. I'm a big fan of diets relatively high in red meat, as that is the most healthy nutrient dense form of protein we have. I was just making a point that creatine itself is not stressful on the kidney, it just throws a false positive on blood work.

supplementing with creatine is pretty beneficial , as it ultimately results in the production of ATP, and there is no strength or muscle building without ATP.
also, with AAS usage your body has the ability to upregulate CP and store more creatine. so 5g a day supplementation isn't a bad idea

Creatine bloats you up though, I would rather remain as lean as possible than bloat up for some extra strength gains unless creatine has more benefits than i realize.. I stopped using this years ago

Usually if you eat enough of red meat, you should be good on creatine, there are studies that show that uptake of creatine only helps athletes who are naturally low on it, however based on price and benefits, it's worth at least trying it I think.

Creatinine is measured in 2 different tests: 1) Serum creatinine and 2) Creatinine clearance test.
    -
1)Serum (blood level) is an indication of protein breakdown. This can be ingested protein or the breakdown of one's own body tissue.
    2) Creatnine Clearance test (urine): This is a 24-hr urine sample that gives an insight into glomerular filtration rate (GFR) which is how efficiently the kidneys remove waste from the blood.
The tests measure creatinine as an indicator of kidney function not because creatinine is detrimental but because it is a known value that is easy to test.
    -
All things being equal, creatnine doesn't stress the kidneys anymore than anything else does. However, many people have suffered kidney damage while taking creatnine due to dehydration. Dehydration is the most damaging thing one can due to the kidneys.
    -
The best time to take creatinine is immediately post workout.
    -
Red meat has the highest concentration and, generally, as the meats become "healthier" (cholesterol wise) they contain less creatinine. Not everyone needs creatinine. It is a performance enhancer if one is low. If one is not low, then it is just like oral B vitamins, unnecessary and un-impactful.

    Creatinine increases DHT.

any idea to what degree ?

I mean a lot of things that I'm a fan of like test, primo, Winstol, var, etc.. all can increase DHT. is adding creatine just throwing a little more sand on the beach , or is it making a real significant difference
