215lb Monster
I'm wondering why everyone is taking such a large dose
Of T? I'm on only 160mg of T and in my 8th week I have massive gains , I couldnt imagine 200 or 300 mg
A week, it's gotta be asking for trouble. Since I'm going to TRT therapy 160 is the most they will give me,
But I'm happy. I was 198lbs and now 215, and lost every inch of my fat, water weight test at 7% I'm worried the clinic is gonna lower my dose, my question is if they lower it will I lose my gains or can I keep the muscle if I stay in the gym and work hard?

It has todo with nutrition not your test dose. If your eating to maintain the amount of muscle you have it wont disappear, What would be the point of cycling then :P

Well if you have low T and now your on 160mgs that is a large dose for you compared to you before.
TRT dose is around 100mg-200mgs per week and I don't see many using more that that for TRT.
Cycling is another matter which you may not understand.

My TRT dose is only 80mg/week. This is the most I can take in the long term without my RBC getting too high, even with donating as often as I can.
Everyone has different sensitivities, or clinically, a different dose/rate response to testosterone . it seems you are fortunate in that you are very sensitive in that a little goes a long way.
Whether you keep your gains or not is a function of how hard you train, and also if your nutritional intake supports those new gains.

One reason you hear of large dosage amounts is that many, maybe most, are using UGL gear. UGL gear is almost always under dosed. Sometimes ridiculously under dosed. You hear of large doses being administered because of this. It's not the only reason. But, IMO it is a major one. A wise monitor here once told me to stick to pharma grade gear. That advice will save you time, and money, versus learning the hard way.

I've 2 mates, with 250 mg of test e E2W (every 2 weeks) they put on 8kg.
Then they stop cycling, and loose 8kg. its all wáter, you won't do real gains, there are people that retain a lot of wáter and get big with the lowest dose. they normally don't even get gyno. these people are blessed, but they all think they are some kind of gods, thet everyone else is just stupid to take big amounts.
For comparision: me at 1000mg test e, 800mg tren 600mg masteron , I put on max 5kg in 4 months of cycle. result? when I stop cycling, I don't loose a gram, I normally gain another 5-8kg!!!

Hi guys, thanks for welcoming me to the forum, as soon as I find out how to post a dam photo I will lol, however yall have to understand that to me I'm a "monster" ,I went from massive fat and no muscle to an amazing muscular low fat body, I'm still tripping out! Yes only 160mg a week from my TRT clinic.
why 160? Don't know, they made a big deal about it though, after 4 weeks of 150..they said Jim we are taking you up to 160, and that's where I been at for the remainder of the 4 weeks, total 8 weeks. I didn't see much at first but the past 2 weeks I went to 215 now at only 5'8 44 years old, I'm stronger than when I as 25.
I'll post a pic, but remember to a lot of you guys I may look like a lil guy,
I just started 8 weeks ago in the gym, and I'll prolly never be as big as a lot of the photos I see.
thanks for the advice guys.. I'll try to stay eating a lot when I go off the T.

I apologize if it sounded like that, my TRT clinic says that 160mg is quite high, so when I read guys talking about 250-500mg a week it sounds insane to me, so I had to ask, no disrespect to anyone doing this amount, I've also learned that TRT therapy is a lot different than cycling, and that gear is less potent, etc
So now I understand, thanks

You wonder why most take so much, cause we don't have the genetic you have... As simple as that.
I would need over 1g test a week for years If I want to hope achieving something remotly close to your physic.
Some natural will look better than.me no.matter how much gear I use.
Thats just how it is...

You said you just started in the gym 8 weeks ago???! Any before pics? And you said you plan to keep your diet up when you "go off the T", why are you planning to go off trt?

Guys thanks for the compliments, makes me feel all the hard work is worth it. Its one thing to have friends or family say you look great, but from other bodybuilders, and strangers.. its the best compliment a guy could get So thanks!
Here is a before and after, little over 8 weeks now total. My diet is simple. Morning 6 whole eggs. Glass of 2% Milk - 11:00AM 8 ounce steak. 2:00 Pollo Locco ( 2 breasts with skin 5:00 sashimi Salmon, Albacore 8:00 6 whole eggs. 10:00PM Protein Whey
My carbs come from the milk, sugar, steak sauce, Avacado, and throughout the day I eat rice cakes. This has been working for me, so Im gonna stay doing it, however what if I add alot of carbs? Will I lose more fat and get larger muscles??

i don't think the after pic is 215 lbs. 180-185lbs tops and for the 8 weeks transformation, well first you need to be on a lot of gear to get from that to this, second 8 weeks is too short.
