Please stop saying your lean.... Your far from lean... Lean means vascularity(aesthetics) you've got your work cut out for you... How much water are you consuming a day??
You even said your eating garbage - why?? That's not how lean bulking works(plus as mentioned it will take you a yr to diet down) - dirty bulking went out the window a long time ago... Your making all this much harder for yourself... Drop the d-Bol(get some NAC - any supp store - or find a RC(for your research) and try getting TUDCA/UDCA but if you get one that should suffice - meaning no need to double up...
Fyi - do some research - lasix are ya nuts - you'd not have a clue as to how to use that correctly - not that it's real safe either - your not competing so no need

Ojand, you poor man. Too much gear. Take it from me. I did a bunch of crap at your age, and it took 10 years to lose all the post-cycle fat gain. I would kill to have my 20 year old waist line again, but the high dose gear and heavy eating changed my body permanently.
I am 7 inches taller and heavier than you, but I eat almost HALF as much as you. Did you know a Muscle Milk RTD (40 grams of protein) is about $4.00 at any gas station? That would be waaaaayyyy better than a double cheeseburger "value meal" and about the same price. Make smarter food choices, reduce your gear by HALF, and increase your non-carbonated water consumption to two gallons per day. That will make a big difference.

Of course, dbol gives you a temporary strength boost while you're on it which stops when you discontinue use. Dbol is famous for this and a boost in size (mostly water weight), you should know all this before you started your cycle. BTW, there is no way that your weight gain is just water, even with a high sodium diet you could not hold that much water, its fat.
There is so much wrong with what you are doing its kinda scary that someone would put himself in your position without knowing what you are taking, why you are taking it and how it should be taken whilst using such a horrendous diet strategy. I'm not just worried for your HPTA at your age, I bet blood work would show some significant liver values too. Having gained so much fat you'll be aromatizing at a much higher rate than when you started (based on your before pic).
This thread shows a complete misunderstanding of how to cycle safely and effectively. I just hope you come out of this without too many lasting problems.

just an update: i suffered severe chest pains at night after adding clen to my bulk cycle last week, was rushed to the hospital and was let go in the morning. compltely dropped all my gear and started pct. id rather have limp dick than die at 22. iv learned my lesson

I'm sorry to hear it's ended this way for you, but lets be honest, you were playing with fire, it could have been a lot worse.
Run you PCT properly, eat clean, keep training, keep your head up and learn from this experience. Don't let these events define you during your PCT, its tough enough without adding emotional burden to it.

Wow--- This cycle went from shit to shit storm quick!
So I see no one touched on the cardiovascular implications of the high amounts of roids coupled with the 6k of shit you were eating (maybe you have and I missed it ). High cholesterol coupled with high BP x2! Your shitty food habits coupled with what you were taking increased all of that! This chest pain you suffered IMO was coming to you sooner or later. Glad to hear you are alright though man. I'd say give yourself 6+ months off to recover and re-evaluate what your taking, how you'll train, and especially what you'll eat before starting again. Your body is gonna need a break from this. Good luck and again, glad to hear you are doing better after that scare
