I take 5mg Ritalin and go to sleep for some hours and wtf happened here?
About using nipple clamps;
I won't use nipple clamps as I like my nipples the way they are,
and it would be dangerous as I have different sensitivity in them
After gyno surgery many years ago.
I didn't have gyno, but I thought:
"I love test, I don't love SERMs, (AIs weren't widespread then),
do I really need to be able to grow titties now or later in my life?"
I decided I don't need to able to grow titties.
If you equal nipple clamps to pain, there's other ways to increase pain.
While I can get very aggressive from pain,
it's not a driving force I want to rely on when training.
For me, when I'm injury free,
training can be much like sex.
Going all out 30-50 reps in "standing cross over with cables" after some heavy pec training is orgasmic.
On the other hand, longer breaks, 3-5 reps deadlifts or squats are more aggressive like.
I think this discussion can be done PM, if at all.
I'm open minded, but I'm skeptical about this.
Do you have training tips from Kai Greene I'm prepared to hear them however silly they might seem, just remember;
a gifted athlete can follow an unusual training protocol/diet/etc and be great,
In SPITE of the protocol, not because of it.

I was kinda suspicious when he said that he should have used milk thistle to keep his gains from a cycle, but even that could have been, ehh, somewhat reasonable if he lost his gains due to getting sick.
I'm a nerd and often like (and get lost in) theoretical discussions,
so I'm not a difficult person to sidetrack.
@RamboQSegment: if you're gonna disprove their accusations to me, then PM me what you meant by increasing strength, etc.
that way it can't be deleted by the board, and no previous grudge match will affect the outcome. I'm new to this board myself, and have thus no bias one way or the other.
F.ex; I would like to see the post you said got "insta-deleted", so send it by PM please. If you don't, I'm inclined to think that was pure BS and that the "accusers" have a valid point. Up to you.
To get back on topic;
I've begun my strange cycle, though I've changed the goals to include fixing my injured shoulder as well. Because of this, the strength gain will be less, or said in another way, very good, as I can't lift heavy with an injured shoulder.
I'm hoping to gain some mass as well.
