    Prior to donation:

    Iron/Hemoglobin 15%
    Hematocrit 45%
    E2 Unknown (12.5mg Asin ED)
    BP 130/80
    RHR 86

    Hot feeling/facial flushing reduced after bleeding. Workout intensity was compromised for a couple days.
    Would like lower bp and rhr. More cardio!
