Help! Bloods not looking so hot. please
help. Am i in trouble?
I'm thinking about drawing my own blood. anyone ever blood-let themselves? i have to drain about 1/2 pint. i got jars for half pints and i have the tubing for just this occasion, though i've never actually done it. i know how...
i don't know what most of these high indicators mean, but i know high hematocrit is bad. hence the blood letting I'm going to perform.

I DIY blood let regularly. Blood bank allows donations every 8 weeks and I need to let blood sooner than that. I use a blood bag I got off the internet. Comes complete with the needle.
Recline in a tub or a couch just in case you faint.
Clean the area of the arm with the vein for 30 full seconds with alcohol swab.
Let air dry for 30 seconds.
Tie the tubing around your bicep to increase pressure and expose the vein.
Insert the needle at the smallest area of the vein. If you poke it right into the belly of the vein there's a good chance you're going to get blood everywhere.
Once the needle is inserted, tape the needle down with some tape.
Squeeze a ball once every 5 seconds to increase blood flow.
1 unit of blood is about 500ml or 1 pint.
When you're done, pull the needle out and press a cotton swab directly onto the pinned area and tape it down with a bandaid.
Clean up the bag, and you're done.

your blood test is alarming.
how old are you and what is your down time between cycles?
no way around using a 18g for this,
id,personally use s butter fly , buy you need that big pipe of a needle in there, possibly even a 16g
you'll need suction as well. drink lots of water and down some cayenne pepper powder tomato and celery.
get the blood thin (although its not going to make a huge difference) but it will help.
pump those veins and let it rip
there is also a nice juicy big vein around the inner thigh, that's a volcano of a vein
-
i scheduled and app to get it done, on the 29th. however. i'm going to give the DIY blood draw a shot again and cancel my app if successful. i want to be able to do it by myself whenever. plus i think it's cool. I want to get good at it. it's a really good thing for my tool box.
will the donation center take my donation if my hemotocrit is on the high end. I'm right smack dab at the end of the high end. what's the max they accept?
got ma package!!! yeaLast edited by Too-$mall; 03-24-2018 at 02:03 PM.

i cruise on 250mg a week when not on. recently upped it.
what's a good cruising dose?
i believe i'm getting some undecanoate soon. i have to set that up so it's the perfect dosage.
Thanks ShaunJohn and Scotch! you guys are life savers.
Shaun, i'm going to do that.Last edited by Too-$mall; 03-24-2018 at 12:20 PM.

I can't speak for ScotchGuard, but I do know that unless you have Haemachromatosis - a disease in which the body cannot rid itself of excess iron (ferritin)- then donating blood too often is NOT recommended.
Blood letting lowers RBC, which are essential for transporting oxygen and nutrients to the cells. It also lowers iron, as I mentioned before, and iron is also essential for building muscle and repairing cells. So, there's really no reason to donate that often unless your RBC is crazy high, at which point you could donate every 2 weeks or so until your levels are back within a healthy range; then donate every few months to maintain that range.
I probably shouldn't mention this, but there are some Drs in the TRT field who do not believe this to be necessary. It probably depends a lot on a person's cardiovascular health, as most adolescents and highly trained athletes have elevated RBC and Hematocrit levels. There are too many variables though to even consider gambling with it, especially when you consider how easy it is to bring the levels back in range with a simple blood donation. Plus, there's loads of people in dire need of blood, so you might as well just donate.

i screwed up. did it and only got a few ML out. i think i nicked the vein because the site swelled up a bit. i think i created a hematoma. can i try again on the other arm or should i take a break and try again in a few days?
how bad is what i did? it's happened to me before. i've gotten blood drawn zillions of times and had a dumbass like myself do this very same thing to me.Last edited by Too-$mall; 03-24-2018 at 07:08 AM.

shoot. i'm worried i'll screw this up again. any words of wisdom about inserting into a vein correctly? surely there are a few on here that do this and have messed it up a few times.
i just took a gram of niacin, and drank a bunch of turmeric. gonna drink a bunch of water. i've been staying pretty darn hydrated.
takin some fish oil too
-
im not sure what to do. I'm on a 500mg/week dose of test right now getting ready for a High Deca / High Test dose + some D bol and growth hormone like peptides.
i don't think i can do that now. i've been taking test for a year now. if i go off it'll be hell.

they won't take with that bloodwork. no way.
you want to come in at the flatest angle possible.
after in tape it so it don't move, also do not blow through both ends.
its gonna suck dude. but it needs done.
I would not add anything to your cycle with cholesterol high and blood so thick.
just play it safe, maybe drop to just a test cruise dose till things level out.

Go see if they’ll let you donate before you try it yourself. Are you planning on staying on indefinitely? If so 500 mg a week of test is a pretty big dose to cruise on. You gonna run into this problem again

Do NOT try what you're doing with undecanoate. It will stay so long in your system that you'll have loads of issues trying to get things in order...
Bro why don't you just go down to NORMAL test levels, physiological range, like 100mg test per week, and let your lipids recover, and do this often enough that you don't have to donate all the damn time... And perhaps let your body desensitize so that next cycle will work not just thicken your blood!
-
Ok. going the safe route. gonna drop down to 100mg week. I'll need some different barrels for my needles, so i can get the dosage closer to most accurate. right now my barrels are 5ml working with vials that are 250mg ML. I'd like 1ml syringes, but .5ml would better. can't find those. i found some 1ml syringes.
gonna brew this up and just tuck it away then. it's test U, P, and E.
Attachment 172094
how long do i need to stay on 100mg / week? how about 125mg / week? shoot
thanks guys

I would only brew what you need for a few months,
no need stsrted the shelf life countdown early.
I like 1ml 27g easy touch brand 5/8" for small doses.
of say 150 a week is ok as well.
but that's just my opinion, and I'm the furthest thing from a doctor.

I'm running 500mg test e weekly and daily 25mg shots of TNE.
.25MG DEX eod and hcg 250iu 2x weekly
my bloods are new born baby like at 24 days into this. I front loaded with 1g test first week
cholesterol 150
triglycerides 66
hdl 60
ldl 77
chol/hdl ratio 2.5
I eat healthy consistently
all fats come from eggs and seeds

some good advice I got from marcus300,
what dose of test? Do bloods and find a good range, actually you should get a doctor because there are lots of variables to control in TRT...
how long off? until your blood come back showing you are good, back to baseline as you were before AAS...
-
nice! thanks!
really appreciate the help all. question. how do i set up my undecanoate for HRT. mg/shot and how often?
Undecanoate
that's why i got it. in a few months to a year I might be in a situation where I'll have so very little time. pinning the least amount would vastly increase my success odds for what I'm going to be doing. i was sort of counting on using T-undecanoate. I'll be totally screwed if i cant use T-undecanoate. i'm not kidding about having like no time at all. If things go the way i want them to go and i end up doing this, lol, I'll loose like 30lbs and shrink a full shirt size and i'm already not that thick. i was given a choice. this is actually the best one...Last edited by Too-$mall; 03-25-2018 at 02:08 PM.

You shouldn't lose gains on TRT levels.
I think you should just get undecanoate from a doc as things can go bad and when they do it won't take a week for the undecanoate to clear it can take months.
You should do your due diligence and read the research on undecanoate and understand it's proven to work at 1000mg per injection once every 10-14 weeks in the general guidelines.
Nebido takes a long time to kick in and is not frontloaded or anything like that, you just get a booster shot 6 weeks after the first injection. On the nebido site it even says it takes a year for all the TRT effects to kick in. Have to be serious about this and not just shoot 250mg nebido per week lol your blood will be getting thicker for months after your last shot and you won't know what the hell is going on.

decided crashing wasn't worth it. recovery is hard. HRT makes things more comfortable. over the holidays i did a short cycle of Tren . like 3 months.
I'm just going to be very tired. I'm not going to want to. it takes me longer than 3 minutes. i'm not crazy about jabbing myself.
-
03-25-2018, 06:36 PM #26
well man up and do what's safe.
you think you'll have time for ...... nvm.
that excuse of being tired makes not a bit of sense.
so how you gonna keep gains you just completely fucked your blood work profile over? if your too tired to pin a shot of test 1x a week, obviously you have no plans on working out during this next year?
1 shot of undec. every few month are not going to keep shit for gains

well, you have a point. gonna get a place that's private then. if i'm gonna pin then i'm doing it somewhere with actual privacy. thanks. no undeca.
now what the heck am i going to do with all this undeca....?

lol, yea i know. i probably won't have time for sex either let alone the gym. that what you meant? i hear guys get home then fall asleep in their car once they get to their driveway. they don't even make it inside.
i'm going to be getting up at 3am and going home at 10am for 3 months straight the first 3 months. if i do good I'll get 1, or 2 weeks off. if i don't well then I'll have to work that week too. shrinking is unavoidable.

I'm actually a little scared, but i set a new personal record today... won't really mean shit if i get some kind of health issue out of the deal though... i've been taking aspirin, drinking turmeric powder, taking Unbiqunol, taking niacin, taking fish oil, and eating loads of garlic. gonna have onions on my steak tonight. shoot... thanks for the help everyone.

ok so i donated blood. when the gal tested my iron i think she said 79 and that's good. done deal

Donate regularly
They know me by name now at the UBS by my house
Every 2-3 mo
-

Donate as often as you can.
Only when that fails do it yourself.
I can’t donate so I need to blood let, but been a long time now since I’ve only been on about 170-250mg a week of T. And I can handle 250mg a week without to high hematocrit.
Aspirin helps a little to stop clogging and is good to take anyways.
100mg a day.
Not that i recommend this approach;
But when in hurry a 21G, preferably 18G in the calf vein with a tourniquet will easily get rid of 1-2dl of blood.
Not enough really, but so easy I’ve done it just as a quick pick me up when hematocrits been at 52 and such. (It’s not really needed at 52, but what the hell, makes me feel fresh!)
You’ll get into it, takes some trial and error and unless you’re really stupid it’s hard to really damage yourself greatly here.
But don’t rummage the needle much around inside the vein. Will fuxk it up long time.
-
i hear that. how about vitamin E to thin blood. or turmeric supplements? for a minute i was taking all of that to keep my blood from being too thick. yea, i think I'm going to set up another app for a blood draw. whoever got my blood is feeling pretty damn good. i gave myself a bruise on my arm when i fudged up my last attempt at self letting. that dangerous? it wasn't super bruised. looked more like a small amount of black soot had gotten on my arm. sorry i didn't respond to everybody. -kelkel, Mr. Horn
no criminal court case and yes i've kind of been on a year straight. lowest i would dose was around 200mg and down time between short cycles was smaller. looks like that didn't turn out so good, so now i'm down to 125mg / E / 3D. i just got these beautiful 1CC syringes with lure lock heads. perfect! i should have been using these the whole time. though if i'm stacking 3cc, or even 5 cc is more appropriate. i've only got a handful of 3cc. somebody gave'em to me. don't likem, or the brand is shit. the MF get a too bubbly. probably why they were free.Last edited by Too-$mall; 03-31-2018 at 10:02 AM.

I went and donated yesterday and my hemoglobin was a 19.1. Thinking about bloodletting myself but don't they have vampire cults online? They probably would love our blood.

Hey Too Small, just wondering how you're doing with the bloods? This thread caught my attention because of the Test U.
I've been using a highish (300mg) TRT dose of Test U e3.5 days for the last 5 weeks and I'm feeling just fine. No sides to speak of. My libido is probably pretty normal for how I was in my early 30s - I'm 36 now, so I wouldnt say that I'm ramped up or anything. I plan on ordering bloods next week to see where I'm at, and to verify that this GP test is legit. Once the bloods come back, I'll make a decision on where to lower my dose to.
Everyone is going to ask why 300mg/week for TRT, so I'll answer that now.
The reason I started with a higher dose is because Undecanoate is such a slow ester, and I wanted to get my levels up faster before tapering back down to 100-200 mg/week. Everything I've read states that dosages up to 300mg/week were pretty safe from sides, and I do not want to deal with an AI. As of this writing, I couldn't tell you if I can "feel" any effects at all, good or bad.
But anyway, in theory, Test U should give the smoothest ride if you're doing an e3.5 day schedule. Your blood levels are going to be much slower to respond to any change in dosage, but in a TRT range, you're never really going to be riding in a danger zone anyway.
Finally, I will add that I do my own blood-letting at home. I'm fortunate to have a radiographer as a wife, so she bangs the needle in for me. However, I'm doing the blood letting to lower my ferritin (iron) levels due to gout. But, I have started my own IVs by using the veins on the back of my left hand. Just make sure to keep the needle at a nice low angle to prevent going all the way through. However, you should definitely donate blood as often as possible, as there are people out there who need it.
