Female anavar timing question
I’m going to be starting 10mg/day. I am a female. Diet and lifting in check.
I workout at 4:30am. Do I take 5mg on an empty stomach before workout and second dose in the late after noon? Or should I take the first dose with post workout meal?
Thank you for any help you can give

I would take your first dose upon waking and your second dose late afternoon

I’d split it, but take it with food - just my opinion though

This is my second cycle. I take 20mg/day. It's a capsule, and that would make splitting it difficult. I've always taken it in a single morning dose. I'm happy with my results and never suffered side effects, so I was just wondering about what difference I might see if I bothered trying to split capsules

you would see about a 3-4 hour longer exposure time to the VAR and at higher concentration levels.. that sounds good on paper, and if you were on the drug long term (months) it may make a good difference over the long term . but for say a 8 week cycle I think the results of this difference being made on your physique itself is probably negligible

I was making my own caps for a bit. . . I dunno, seemed to really kick with the 2 daily doses - I was doing 2 20’s per day
Var to a guy seems quite lite tho - only thing I really noticed was a strength increase - quite noticeable tho, some fat loss & a little bit of hardness
Vs female where they seem to just grow off the stuff
