New and looking for advice
Hey there guys so I've been working out on and off for years but I really want to start on Oral steroids . I'm looking to get 25mg Oxymetholone tabs but I dont know when or how often to take them for great gains? Any help would be appreciated!

No, definitely because the on and off. It isn't worth it unless you are serious about it and always working out in some form. Build a habit first of making it in the gym atleast 3 days a week for starters. Moving toward 4, 5 and even six days a week. Gotta have consistency or getting on anything won't work. When you've been in the gym 3 to 5 times for a few years maybe it's time. Repost your progress and stats
