Maybe the picture is not clear / bad, because I don't see a red inflamed area.
Relax. In my opinion, in my experience; you just have a reaction to a foreign substance, introduced to the body via IM injection.
I sometimes get the same thing; I seriously doubt that your arm, at the bicep, is going to turn gangrenous and require amputation...
