winny with juice?

Ok, I'm coming up on the winny portion of my Eq/winny cycle and I just can't get a final answer on a couple things. It's Valopharm Winny so I'll be drinking it.

Should I take it with grapefruit juice?

Do I swallow it or let it absorb under my tongue?

Just squirt it in your mouth and swallow. You could mix it with grapejuice if you like. We got a couple of threads on the subject......

I can't tell you what the "best way" to take oral winny is, but I'll tell how I take it. Squirt it under my tongue and let it disolve/absorb as much as possible. Then I take a sip of grapefriut juice, swish it around, and swallow what granules were left. Finish it off with a coffe mug full of GF juice. That's it. Oh yeah, I take it in the morning on an empty stomach and take my flax oil about 5 min after I'm done with the winny, then breakfast. Seems to be working for me @ only 25mg ED. 50 mg ED was KILLING my already worn out joints! Hope that helps.
