    Dear reader,

    As I am closing in on my bulk cycle (about 45 days away) I have been investigating the claim that 500 calories above TDEE is what one should eat. Except for being the accepted rule on these forums I can not find any science that is backing this up. I realize this is just a recommendation and one size do not fit all but I still decided to look into this a bit closer.     Good afternoon,

    This morning I was up at 05.30, having some coffee and pre-workout snacks (Read Whey Protein Shake) and mentally preparing for my Cardio session at 06.00.   4. Day 2 - exploring Ketotifen

    Today I was up at 05.36 to do my 40 min cardio session and I did feel extra tired. I can not for sure say this is due to the Ketotifen I took the day before or simply the more intense workouts I am doing. I am thinking more workouts than Ketotifen but we shall see.
