ANd 600lbs isnt 600 when you drop it and bounce it off yer chest.

Two things.. 1. I do that with 135lbs and 2. See how skinny that spotter was? What if he could not get it back up? he was in big trouble.

Went to a guy in a car crash once who had hit the steering wheel with his chest and had a floating breast bone, as a result we couldnt do CPR on him and he died before the paramedics got there. trust me i wont bounce 35lbs of mine never mind 135!!!!

shit man he bounced it like a mofo but that's 600lbs raw. big ups for that, and for the ability to bounce 600 lbs. off his chest and not die.

WTF!! Thats 600 lbs raw bro. And when your dealing with big weight like that it almost always bounces off your chest. Impressive as hell if you ask me

He also does uprights with 315 pounds and curls 150 pounds. Sure he cheats a little bit but being able to do it even cheating is cool LOL

Your right he is a has-been, a has-been that has gone farther than you ever will with the attitude you got. You don't have to respect the man, but you do have to respect his accomplishments in his career.
