What to use to fill a muay thai bag

I got my new 6 ft tall muay thai bag in the mail (unfilled). I need ideas on what i should use to fill it with. I have heard it's good to use old rags or t-shirts, but unfortunatly i don't have 80 lbs of old clothes laying around.
    Advice anyone?
Thanks in advance for your help.

    wha?

it would be like 300 lbs and hard as a rock.

i heard there are certain factories where you can get shredded cloth, really though i'm not sure where you woudl find a place like that. maybe go to a place like a furtinure store and ask them where to get packing.

    Yes, SAND!

Have you ever kicked a bag filled with sand? Let's just say your shins and kicks become hard as ****ing steel. It literally hurts to kick it at first.

I like the sand idea as far as it potentially making my legs tougher, but i think it would be way to heavy to hang from my garage ceiling. It would be great to find a compromise between weight and density.

There are so many different things in punching bags ... easiest option is Yes Sand ... ok it might be hard at first but would probably benefit your power in time to come...Iether that old clothing rags with the beads they put in teddy bears if you cant handle the sand.

You guys are to violent LOL, yupe she is 55 and she works in a training center for women.

So she trains for free and she is very active, cross country skiing, walking, running, weight lifting.

She also had a franchise once for Clinique de Santé Minceur but the big owner closed all of them so she lost the center.

I am quit glad cause my girlfriend keeps in shape a lot too, and if she gains one pound she loses it right away she is not like my ex fat ass byatch who go fat after we bought a house.

    4 feet 10 and 165 pounds YUKE
