    Wink Bas Rutten training cds

All i have to say is that i have been doing the bas rutten cds for a week now, and i am feeling the effects.

I was able to finish the boxing cd so today i went on and did the thai cd 2 minutes rounds with 1 minute break and 10 rounds total.

If done properly it will really get the cardio going and of course the intensity is high.

Has soon has i finish my basment and buy some mats i am trying the MMA training.

I am down 5 pounds since last week.

We use that cd for our "warm up" in my school. We do the 45 minute routine for a warm up and then we fight. Pretty funny when it's someones first time in the MMA class . I think Bas wanted someone to die from these. Good stuff though.
