Finally an MMA school near my house and a great plan

At last in a mixed martial arts school near my house.

    Finally was i ever excited.

I visited the school there is traditional shoryn ryo karate, boxing, kickboxing, tae bo and MMA classes.

Since i am still in rehab for back pain and working at this real hard the instructor gave me a plan when i will be ready to start.

He said to start easy with boxing for a month or so to rebuild my cardio and speed and limit the impact on the back after this move on to kickboxing for a month or two and see how it feels and if everything is well within 6 months start the MMA classes, because he said MMA is really hard with take down and Jiu Jitsu can be really hard on the back at some point.

    Sounds good

I did MMA for 3 months when i was 28 and do remember that the takedowns where hard on the back.

Still i really want to get back into shape and rebuild this fatty ass body LOL 22% bodyfat is a bit much for me even if my medical doctor tells me its ok YAGGG

Do some yoga to stretch your back. It will also help with your MMA training.
