nutritional advice
hey im looking to getting back into wrestling and possibly fighting. i wrestled for 4 years, with a small back ground in judo and karate, and ive been boxing for about 3 years. I quit everything after i graduated high school a couple years ago and now im regreting it and i want to get back into but am very out of shape. i pretty much have a game plan on a training schedule but ive never really had a diet plan. I dont know what and not to consume. Like how many carbs, how many calories, any fats at saturated or not, how much protein. what kinds of foods, how much a day, what times? anything with drinks, muscle milks, fitness shakes or anything or just water? this is were i really need help. if anyone can help it would be greatly appreciated! thanks.

That'll get you started buddy.
You need to get some info on local gyms in your area, and go from there.
