5X Worlds Strongest Man, Mariusz Pudzianowski fights MMA Dec. 12...
Here's a video of his horrific boxing training. He suppose to have an amatuer background in boxing, judo, and karate. From the looks of this video, I'm incredibly suspect about that. Now granted I know he probably competed in fight sports at a much lighter weight (maybe 60-80lbs lighter), but the question I have is would your mechanics change that much from weight gain? I boxed in high school between 175-215lbs, I still hit the bag frequently today, and I still punch straight. Now I weigh between 295-305lbs.

I can't wait to hear what Zimmy has to say about this. I'm sure he's gonna hit the roof! LOL!!!!

LOL BgMC!!! His horrific boxing training.... I agree with being suspect about his past skills....It wouldn't change that much.
On a different note, the dude is a freak to say the least and a good athlete with a big heart and never quits. That in itself takes people far in anything they put their mind to. So LOL at the video, but also good luck to Mariusz in accomplishing his new goals.

That fight was humorous. I bet his ground skills are better than Kongo's

I was cracking up that whole fight....from the leg kicks all the way to the ref tackling him and the awkward moment of Mariusz holding him like a baby.
Seriously, why did one person on the comment section on youtube have to bring up how Mariusz would destroy Fedor. There is always one isn't there?
I do wish Mariusz the best though, his strength is so incredible....if he could learn other aspects of the game, he could cause trouble for a lot of heavyweights.
Does anybody know what he weighed in at for the fight?

As far as the weight fought at i would guess nothing short of 285 and possibly more but that is a guess. The man is an animal. I would be curious to see how big he looks standing next to Lesnar

He's actually a lot smaller than Lesnar, considering is he barely 6'0 (actually closer to 5'11). He has a much smaller frame than Lesnar. His weight for this fight was in the 275lb range. Mariusz competes around 300 most times and has only competed in the 320-330 range a couple of times.

Really? I would have guessed taller. Either way even after years of training I think Brock doesn't have to much to worry about. Cool to see Mariusz fight though
