Machida father said he should retire?
I read this article the other day on sherdog, because Machida lost one fight is father thinks he should retire.
Now how stupid is that? its normal for a fighter to lose at some point in is career, getting back up and getting stronger, worst is that is the karate modo, and when i did karate (i lost a lot then) my sensei always told me that.

Im not sure if his father said that in direct response to the loss but rather the lack of apparent seriousness machida took getting ready for that fight. He looked so out of shape and bloated and slow as if he just came off bender with chuck liddell. Maybe he didnt drink enough urine this time... who knows.

Now two and counting, right? Rampage almost said live that the result was unfair. Not sure about that, but when you do not finish your opponent unexpected results are always possible.
What about Shogun? His last fight was long long time ago...
