Jon Jones
Says he wants a top 5 opponent. Does anyone smell a Jones vs. Griffin match-up coming?

Yeah that was my first thought.
If not then maybe lil'nog.
Since rashad is waiting for shogun and jackson is fighting lyoto doesnt leave much top 5 open.

Not hating on Forrest, but does anybody think he has a real chance in that fight, Jones is extremely explosive, Forrest is steady, but speed and power aren't his strong points, being a tough s.o.b is.

jon bones jones is the truth hes destroying everybody, my fav was wen he smashed vera. Griffin has no chance, bones is ahead of his time and will be the light heavyweight champ then work up and be the heavyweight chmp.

Would love to see Jon Jones vs Machida before Jones gets a title shot.
That would be a super fight.

if its Griffin, its gonna wait he is still on book tour and is barely over shoulder injury. he is probably 6-8 months out, Jones SHOULD take whatever they will give him and not wait for Griffin or as said the other fights already lined up.
lil nog is fighting soon too, so it looks like he is waiting.... franklin, hamill, jardine are available?

Id like to see him against Jardine or Griffin or Franklin. Hamil really has nothing for Jones. I think Jones can wreck all the fighters I mentioned though. And I don't consider any of them a top 5

Jones is amazing from the fights that I've seen. I is brutal with his elbows and has excellent ground control. I don't foresee Forest being a problem. I would like to see him against Tito or Evens. They would both be a good test for him.

Seems like everyone who gets in the ring with this kid gets MANGLED pretty effortlessly!!!
I think its a matter of time before he holds the 205lb title. But as we all kno "best sport on earth", anything can happen
