Last time u guys heard from me was back in feb and i was gearing up to get back in shape, and I'm glad to say I feel awesome now. I have been looking into what type of cycle I am going to try. Most of the cycles geared towards mma recomend Test prop and Eq. I like the sounds of something simple like this that will produce lean muscle, and massive gains in cardio/endurance. I cant tell you how many articles/blogs I have read but cant seem to gather all the information I need. Specifically looking for help with cycle dosage. I also dont understand a pct cycle, whats good for that and dosage as well?
